Located in the historic Butler-Tarkington neighborhood, this home was built in 2003 the newly remodeled apartment with updated furniture it is 720 sq. foot. It boosts vaulted ceilings and lots of windows located within a half block of prestigious Butler University. This lavish apartment is part of a private custom home that was built in 2003. The property has its own private entrance, private full- bath, mini- fridge, microwave and separate heating and air conditioning unit controlled only by you. Sleeps two comfortably in a queen-bed with plenty of dresser and full closet space for longer stays. Located in a prime location (10 min) between beautiful downtown Indianapolis, Mass Ave, and Broadripple. Plenty of free street parking in front of the home for added security and Butler Policy Department is located on same block. Great for parents of Butler students, weekend getaways from the kids or weekday business travelers that would like to stay in a homey atmosphere instead of a hotel. Walking distance to Historic Hinkle Field House, Clowes Hall and Indianapolis Museum of Art (IMA).

I stayed a full week at this property while attending a conference on the Butler University campus, and am so glad I chose it over a hotel room! It is spacious, scrupulously clean and very private. The neighborhood is charming, and since the campus police department is just down the street, it is quite safe. I was able to walk to all my events on campus without worry, even the evening ones. The host is responsive to inquiries, gracious and friendly, but not intrusive. Since the rental space is above the attached garage (with your own entry door), there is sound separation. Truly a private sanctuary. Thanks, Paul, for sharing your space with me this week!

Perfect Stay!

With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay
all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!

Short trip to Indianapolis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was located above the garage area and very private. We met our host at the property and he was very nice yet not intrusive. The area felt very safe as the surrounding homes were well kept and beautiful. The campus police department was about a block down the street. We were there for a wedding but were able to explore the area a bit. We would definitely recommend Paul’s VRBO listing and would stay again if we’re even in the area.

Butler visit

Great cozy and comfortable stay!

This coach house is perfect for a quiet stay, whether for a couple of nights or longer. The hosts are fantastic! There was plenty of space for just me and nice and private. Easy parking and convenient to so many great places on the north side of Indy. I highly recommend!

We LOVED the location! SO PEACEFUL! Beautiful area to take a walk in the morning. The property was perfect! Paul was so nice and we enjoyed hearing about the area. Paul welcomed us and provided a home away from home for us with this amazing property! Landscaping was beautiful!
