For the price of the hotel it was really clean and the staff were very helpful. I had a nice, inexpensive stay. The bed was also really great which was a big plus! Definitely a good place when you just need a nice play to stay.

The link is not working on the confirmation email. We followed that and it took us a hour out of our way. Plus Not sure why we were put in a handicapped room but it was a bigger room. So that was nice. But there was no remote to the tv and even after getting one from the front desk it didn’t work. There was trash underneath the bed. When I checked out I told the front desk about these issues but they would barely speak to me as they were on their cell phone.

I have stayed here before with no difficulties this experience was different. I opened the microwave this morning to make a cup of tea and there was a meal of mashed potatoes and meatloaf in it. I don’t know how long it was in there but it stank! So then I thought I’d see if the refrigerator was empty. Much to my surprise there was a 12 pack of beer in there! Now it was my husband and I in this room. The hotel had several wrestling teams staying for a tournament. High school boys in rooms that potentially had beer in them is not a good situation. When I told the front desk the response was “you could have had a party”. Their lack of professionalism was very disappointing

The hotel was clean, and nice. I have no complaints there. Unfortunately this only allows a review of the hotel. If I could though I would give hotels.com 0 stars. The pool at this hotel isn’t operable, and hasn’t been for several months. We have young kids looking forward to swimming. Expecting the pool to be open. Why? Because the hotel.com site shows pictures of a fully functioning pool. Even though the hotel notified them that it wasn’t working months ago. Hotels.com took pool off of the hotels amenities list, and left the photos of the pool. The pictures showed me a nice hotel with a nice pool, so no need to look at the amenities list. Anyway, I contacted hotels.com talked what I have to assume was Ai, the bot informed me that I would be contacted by their supervisor. That was a week ago, and I have t heard squat. There’s lots of other sites out there, it may be time for me at least to try another site. Very disappointed.

This was my second stay in a Comfort Inn over the past 4 months, and this one did not disappoint either. Everything from the motel in general to my room was very clean and spotless.

This hotel was very clean in all areas of the hotel. Staff was excellent checking in not a luxury hotel but exactly what we were looking for a comfortable bed and a clean space with a breakfast.

I booked through hotels.com which made this a third party booking to my detriment. We showed up with my 13 year and her friend to swim and the pool was freaking closed! I said there was nothing about it on hotels.com and he was like “it’s on our website.” To which I replied, “who books a hotel on a third party website then checks the hotel’s direct website afterwards (lesson learned I guess)! The guy helping said I could check next door to see if they would let us swim at the home2suites and indicated they have let people do this before. I seriously doubted this as I’ve worked at hotels and there are liability issues with this and the lady next door confirmed that in fact no, they do not allow this. If I didn’t book third party I would have cancelled and went next door but I couldn’t get a hold of an actual person at hotels.com! So I asked to be upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and he was like, “ we got rid of those during the remodel!” Dude literally offered me no solution and no compassion. After all of this, I was done but my precious 13 year and her friend We’re like, “it’s cool, we’ll hang out in the bath tub!!!” I wish I handled disappointment as well as they did. Then we ask if there is WiFi and you have to sign up for their freaking choice privileges website to get WiFi!?!? Then I flip open my bed and there is a small stain on my sheet and the sheets themselves are barely covered by the duvet so during sleep the insert was on my skin- gross! Rest of stay was fine

This is definitely a new area of town/all developed within the past 20 years, so all stores, restaurants, etc are new. (Walkable to WalMart makes it super convenient for anything you need.) We will definitely stay here again!!!
