Gorgeous house centrally located, high quality fully renovated.
Centrally located, fully renovated and ready for you. Quiet and peaceful home. Blocks away from major shopping centers and attractions, mins from University and hospitals, easy access to highway that will take you to the heard of Indy. Access to very nice playgrounds and lakes. Great place to relax and have peaceful time with the family, or friends. Private garage and backyard with a nice Patio to enjoy sunset. Wi-Fi and blasts of fun with Netflix and Disney+ if you decided to stay in.
Location was perfect for events we had planned. House looks newly remodeled. With 4 of us staying and having 2 full bathrooms it was difficult planning showers when one of the showers didnât work properly. They didnât provide any washcloths. Messaged property manager about shower and it was not fixed during our stay. Dishwasher was broken and no soap was provided either. Received no check out directions.
We stayed after attending a concert at Ruoff. The property owner was helpful with dinner suggestions and ease of check in. The inside was super clean, comfortable and updated. The only downside of the appearance was the lawn needing mowed and landscape needing weeded. Canât judge a book by its cover! Other than that, it was a nice property and would stay again - close to everything you could need.
Communication with the property owner was disappointing. I sent a message and didnât receive any response for over a week. After following up, it still took another full day to hear back. I reached out again the day before check-in since I hadnât received any information, and was simply told it would be sent on the day of arrival.I booked this property over six months ago, and after reading more recent reviews, I found them to be very accurate. While the location has potential, it needs significant improvements. The front door is extremely difficult to unlock. Thereâs a constant beeping noise coming from the garage. The listing states check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM, but the owner sent different times â 3 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out â which felt misleading.Upon entering, the place smelled strongly of wet dog. I had already seen reviews suggesting to bring air fresheners, so I came prepared. Still, I seriously question whether the property was properly cleaned before our stay. There were flies throughout the house, beer caps on the floor, dust in several areas, and the bathrooms didnât appear freshly cleaned. The grass hadnât been mowed in what looked like weeks, making the outdoor space unusable. On top of that, only two trash bags were provided for the entire week, and the floors were noticeably dirty. The kitchen had supplies but the dishwasher was broken. Didnât have hand soap to wash hands.
OM ... well, the grass hasn't been mowed in weeks, the curb lacks luster ... it appears very run down from the outdoors. So of course you question "oh, no what have got myself into." Thankfully the interior was better. BUT, not by much. This house is dirty. The refrigerator stunk! Carpets in both bedrooms are filthy. Baseboards are very dirty. Hairs were left in the 2nd bathroom sink/tub is very worn. Master bath tub is beyond worn. Mismatched decor(not that this really matters when your asleep). And, absolutely no complimentary amenities. The online pictures are not true to the reality. The wooden deck I wouldn't even step on .⊠probably fall through. The positive was it is close to Rouf Music Center.
First thoughts when we pulled up was the house exterior wasn't very manicured. There was literally rot above the window. They don't have the common knowledge to keep a first aid kit in the house. Their chair stabbed my friends leg and since he has a heart condition he is on medication to thin his blood. Therefore I had to drive and get supplies. Wasting time to stop him from bleeding everywhere. Home owner says it's our fault and we should take the steps to bring bandages. They went to the extent to pull out the paper towels and towel that was saturated in blood out of the trash for photos. We understand there was blood on their rugs. No denying that. The fact the owner was only concerned about getting their money over the health of my friend, just shows they only care about their wallet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner has no respect for tenants.
Dirty dish in the dish washer, finger prints on microwave. What appeared to be mice droppings in the living room. Burned out light bulbs. No front door lights. No soap in the shower. Grass very long- weeds 3 feed high. 1 twin bed unable to use as the mattress as there was a hole/dip making it very uncomfortable. Unable to turn off garage spot light. Generally, a very unsatisfactory stay. I have stayed many times in rental home through the country- very disappointing.
My daughters and I stayed here for a recent college graduation. The grass was over a foot tall. The living room and kitchen were good, but the bathrooms were very old and not all that clean. There was no soap for the shower and no wash cloths. There is potential for the home to be nice, but it needs work.
House was in a perfect location for all our touring needs. It was much better accommodating compared to a hotel. It could benefit from a better cleaning crew, considering we all pay 100 cleaning fee.
Place matches description was comfortable and spacious for a smaller home , well laid out and the beds were comfortable also. Would rent again when im back in the area
The description of the house was accurate, clean and the furniture is decent. The communication with the owner was very smooth and easy.I recommend this property strongly.
Location was great, but the place could use some upgrades. There were zero baking pans and I had to purchase my own. Zero dishwasher pods. Zero wash cloths. Zero extra trash bags The beds were also broken at the corners of the frame on 2 of the 3 beds in the house. Garage door did not work eitherHouse had a smell between wet animal and smoker as well. Would have messaged host but based on other reviews I didnât feel like purchasing my own glade plugins
There was some communication issues at first but everything worked out after we received our check in information.
It is a nice little house to stay in a decent neighborhood. There is also a garage that really came in handy for us since we came to fish Geist reservoir. The house had all the basics you would need like dishes, toilet paper, fridge, stove, WiFi, etc. Everything was nice in the house, the only small issue was the bed mattresses. They are a little old and worn out/too soft.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The owner was very nice and easy to work with.
The house was nice with comfortable clean beds. Carpeting probably in need of cleaning soon, and main door was difficult to open at times. Otherwise no major complaints! We will probably look into staying here again for future visits to Noblesville area.
The home was clean and check in was easy. There was nothing outside of the furniture and bath towels there. No dishes. No wash cloths. No hygiene products. Nothing. Luckily we brought most of our own items but not having wash cloths is just crazy to me. I paid 300 and couldnât take a shower.
The location was perfect for our stay and the property is nice. We were able to use the attached garage which was a bonus. All the amenities were adequate but could be a little lusher. Maybe some K-cups for the coffee maker and some hand towels and wash cloths. Perhaps a more personal touch and a decorating spruce up. Was still very nice - just not WOW!
Letâs start with the curb appeal. The neighbors had their lawns mowed and this property didnât on top of just looking unkempt in March.
I went to use the code to unlock the front door and the lock just spun, thank goodness we had the code to the garage to get in.
The garage had debris on the floor and old furniture pilled in the corner that looked like it needed to go into the trash.
We finally made it into the house which was a little more appealing except the tv stand still had Christmas decorations on it in March. The front door had a nice paper towel blind and the windowed door leading to the open backyard had no window covering at all exposing the livingroom and kitchen to public viewing.
We started to unpack our groceries and as the refrigerator was opened, it was clear that it had not been wiped out. The veggie/meat bin had dried up cheese shreds still. The vents had more than a finger full of dust on them. Overall the cleaning could have been more detailed.
Shower time, only towels were supplied, no wash cloths, no hand towels. I enjoyed washing myself with paper towels!! BTW the drain needs attention, it is slow.
Dinner time, no tongs for cooking and no kitchen rags for wiping up. The only kitchen linen was two kitchen towels hung on the oven handle.
May I also suggest investing in some sort of ant control as we shared the space with unwelcomed guests (ants).
