This hotel is great inside. It's new, it's clean, and the staff is accommodating and generally amazing. But it's definitely in an area that makes your eyebrows raise as the Uber pulls up. That said, it's fine.

I stayed at this hotel cause it was close to the Indiana fever basketball game and it isn’t great walking distance. There’s many food options and the service in Indy in that area is phenomenal.

We had a corner room, with good views of the downtown area. Lobby was nice, we had a drink at the lobby bar wasn’t busy that night. Was convenient to our wedding reception that we were attending. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was hot. Little noisy - people outside racking there motorcycles or hot rods it reverberated pretty loud in early morning hours. Walking distance to several restaurants. Located next to the monument circle which is pretty cool.

Overall good experience. The air conditioner was a bit louder than I would like. One woman staff in the restaurant for breakfast and one woman staff in the night bar were not too friendly. A different morning woman staff in the restaurant seemed like it was her first day and was confused with ordering and how to pay. The only staff I came across and can say that was excellent was Jaden at the front desk....very friendly and helpful! With construction going on, there needs to be better signs for Valet parking. Also, the bar area closed too early when we got back from the Fever game, we literally walked in the door and the female bartender yells at us for last call. We then walked three blocks to find a bar and have a drink. There was a lot of lost money at the bar with all the Fever fans coming back from the game and wanted a drink to find it already closed.

Great stay when going to Fever game

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. First time picking my own room -- 15th floor; corner room; newly redecorated. Breakfast was good and convenient. Best part was location. Had a great walk around downtown Indianapolis. And was very close to the Gainsbridge Field House -- a 5 minute walk.
