Room was clean and fresh and receptionist was so friendly and helpful! Supposed to be non-smoking but there was a horrible cigarette smoke situation on our floor. In the morning we found out the hotel staff was trying to take care of it.

TV and phone did not work. Finally got check in person to reboot the TV to make it work. One hour later the furnace air conditioner came on and made a horrible noise. Went down to the main office again and finally found someone who came up to verify that indeed it was making a noise and finally they put us in another room bad experience. It appears that since you had registered with Hotels.com that the assigned us to a room that faced the road so we had road noise all night long. We will not stay at this location again and may not ever stay at another Holiday Inn Express.

Everything was great, the lady at the front desk was amazing. My only complaint was the noise from other guests be cause of the poorly insulated walls. I could hear everything. We were on the 2nd floor and we could heard people in the parking lot. Our family was in a room close to the interstate and they heard the traffic all night.
