There was no water to drink in the room. We were missing washcloths. It was like the room was set up for one person. They advertised a 24/7 menu but we couldn’t access it via the QR code provided.

Breakfast has a good selection, the bar has a variety of good drinks. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at this hotel now for a weekend for 3 years and it is in such a great spot for Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The room was very clean and I would recommend to anyone.

The room was clean.. which I always a must, I love the Pivot. It’s a nice place to chill before an activity. The food is great. My only complaint is when we checked out Sunday morning the elevators were moving VERY slowly. I had to take the stairs to grab something from the room
