Location is great; close to highway; lighting on the parking lot is great. Issues with the property: non-smoking but the hallways stink of smoke. Checking in and out is cold as interaction with staff is via video only.

This is an old hotel that is gradually being upgraded. The room and hallway on my floor were clean but the lobby and outside are not too great. There is no breakfast or even coffee.

No live person to check-in-had to use remote terminal.No refrigerator or microwave in the room. No free hair shampoo or facial tissues in the room.Had to have the TV remote control replaced it was broken.Tv menu to select channels was the worst user friendly I've ever experienced. No menu channel names only folders with numbers which means nothing. The floor i had was being repainted. The lobby looked old and dirty.The room however had excellent accent lighting!

The Hotel is Clean and conveniently located next to the highway and shopping center . THE staff is AMAZING!! The person who helped me check in is AWESOME!!! Definitely the place you want to come stay in Indianapolis !

Manning has been so nice and been working with me and my kids cus we have been homeless he worked a good deal and besides the refrigerators not in rooms anymore that’s the only thing I don’t like other than that Manning is very nice! He got u! Go book!!

Would not recommend.

Front desk staff was amazing! The room itself was disappointing. I had the King bed room. The sheets were stained and comforter had holes. I asked for replacement linens and the front desk staff were more than happy to help. The replacement sheets weren't stained but the replacement comforter had holes. The cleanliness of the room in general was not appealing. I would not recommend this location. I would like to make special mention, once again, that the front desk gal was amazing!!!

The check-in by kiosk is super easy. Never really saw any staff. The rooms are simple but efficient for the price. If you want to be super picky, the room had a lot of dust bunnies and the mattress needs upgraded.

I would not recommend staying here... The room was clean, but thats about the only good thing. We were supposed to get 2 queen beds but one was full size instead. They were spring mattresses and not comfortable at all. We went to ask for extra pillows and were told it would be extra cost for those. I have never stayed somewhere that they charge extra for pillows or blankets. Do yourself a favor if you are in this area choose i e of the other 3 hotels around this one.
