The space
Private covered entryway welcomes as you walk into a spacious living room with ample seating and tons of natural light. Unwind with dinner cooked in the fully equipped kitchen or ordered from a nearby restaurant. Ample dining space to enjoy your meal also overlooks the expansive backyard making for a lovely view. Private bedroom suite is complete with comfortable king size bed, private full bathroom, and a desk. Second bedroom features full size bed as well as bunked twin beds. This bedroom has it's own full bathroom right outside the door. Outside, you'll find a deck overlooking the yard and a bonfire pit for a lovely evening relaxing.

Located just outside of the more populated suburban area, this home sits in a country setting with the convenience of a 5 min drive to Morse reservoir and restaurants in Cicero and a 8 min drive to Grand Park and other amenities. Tons to do in the area with the peaceful quiet of the country to relax in after a long day.

This property features a smart home lock giving you secure access during your stay.
Other things to note
Please note this home is a duplex so you may encounter other guests on the property during your stay. Additionally, there is a detached garage which is used as a workshop. We generally give guests their space and will not intrude but you may see us entering or exiting the workshop on occasion.

Each side is quiet and does have dedicated parking and it's own patio. If you wish to have complete privacy or wish for a larger rental size, please consider renting both units at the same time. We have a dedicated booking for that and can help answer any questions you have.

Finally, please be aware that this home is just barely into a more country setting. This means that we will ask you to be kind to our septic system. We also are limited to satellite internet as the only option in our location. It is has worked well for us but please note that the speeds and reliability may not be as good as options available in more populated areas. Be patient with it and understand that we will make improvements on this if they ever become available.
