Fountain Square was the first commercial historic district in Indiana, its existing buildings span more than a century of development from 1871 to the present. Fountain Square played an important part in the Indianapolis theater heritage; the area's commercial district had more operating theaters than could be found in any part of Indianapolis from 1910 to 1950.
Fountain Square is once again becoming known as a home for independent restaurants, breweries, art galleries and studios, live entertainment, and a small professional office. The designation of Fountain Square as one of Indianaâs first urban Main Street programs, coupled with the distinction of being named as one of the six Indianapolis Cultural Districts, has the commercial district poised for further reinvestment and improvement. Fountain Square is linked to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, which connects Fountain Square to downtown Indianapolis with a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path. The Cultural Trail also features a bike share program providing visitors and residents an exciting, convenient way of enjoying downtown Indy.

If you need anything, feel free to reach out! While Iâm not right next door, Iâm just a call or message away and can assist with any issues that come up. Please note, I work full-time, so I may not be available between 10 PM and 6 AM, but I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
This is not a luxury property, so if you're seeking a high-end experience, this may not be the right fit for you. However, if you're looking for a safe, affordable place to stay with your pets, we'd love to have you as our guest.
This is my personal home, which Iâm currently not living in. I donât profit from renting it outâ100% of what I receive after fees goes toward covering the costs of hosting and, if thereâs anything left, towards repairs and improvements to the house. Please treat the space, the furnishings, and everything here with the care and respect youâd show a friendâs home.
The washing machine is nice & one bathroom has been updated. Otherwise itâs pretty bad: peeling paint, towels put away dirty, furniture looks like it was collected from a curb call, owner has locked the thermostat so it canât be adjusted⊠There are way better options in Indianapolis
This home was as advertised. Itâs an older home, with the necessary modern updates. We stayed for the National FFA convention. The proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium is great and there are plenty of local places to eat close by. If old world charm and a convenient location are what youâre looking for, this is the place for you!
This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. The house does have some age, but that adds to the charm of the place. Bedrooms and full bath are all conveniently located upstairs and were all comfortable and clean. Kitchen has what you would need to cook any meal at the house and provided laundry machines were a great touch. Overall, I would not give any hesitations to anyone considering this house for their stay in Indianapolis. It is also located right near beautiful Fountain Square and a delicious Mexican restaurant only a few blocks walk away! We look forward to hopefully utilizing this property when we return again next year!
Home was very charming with many thoughtful details and accommodated our large family very well. Beds and linens were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Host was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. A truly lovely place to stay.
We stayed here for a night while driving across country, and we loved it! Lots of space for you and your family, & our dogs loved running around the big backyard. Thanks for everything!
A wonderful historic home. Plenty of room, including outside spaces. Communication was great. We travel to Indianapolis a couple of times a year; we'll be sure to try to reserve this property again!
Very comfortable, classic style and so much Charachter. The high ceilings and hardwood floors reminded me of our first home, which was a century home in the historic district of Massillon oh. Everything I needed and a very short drive to the convention center for my Tradeshow. Bedding and towels were nothing short of luxurious. And the cute touches and art made the designer in me feel right at home.
We were in town to enjoy a Pacers' game. Jennifer's property offered a comfortable place to stay with plenty of space. Loved the charm and uniqueness of the older home. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable too! We had a little snafu with the alarm system upon arrival, but Jennifer handled this very promptly. It was nice to have a place to park off the street as well.
My only suggestion would be add a centralized "key items" section to the house rules to make it easier to recall and align with the check in and check out processes.
This place is nice, homey, and large with all you need. Loved the stay and the communication with the host. It's an easy stay with a location close to everything.
