Great Home Away from Home

This house was lovely to stay in. The only issues were a flickering light in the shared bathroom, kitchen drawers that were off track, and the inability to reach the blinds. However, the property owner was EXCELLENT in communication and demonstrated quick and friendly customer service. They sent someone the next day to remedy what he could and promised to return some of the investment for those things he couldn't. I am so very appreciative of that, considering all that my family is going through with their house. We would definitely stay here again to be together for a holiday. It was the perfect amount of room for me, my parents, and my sister.

Basic but very comfortable

We loved the porch and the fire ring. Kitchen was well supplied. We had a small problem with the frig. The plug in the outlet was loose and frig quit while we were gone. Some spoiled food. A couple other outlets didn’t work and larger bathroom light was flickering. Hot water lasted for only a couple showers in a row.

Close to everything

This place is conveniently located to everything. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nicely updated. We did have an issue with the air conditioner not working properly. Maintenance did come the next day and we also received a partial refund for our troubles.

Issues: Electric outlets near microwave did not work. Outlet bycoffee pot only one workrf. Outlets by sonk worked but phone plug got hot in all outlets in kitchen. Phone plugs worked well in other rooms. All else was good. My son and his family visited us for 2 days. My husband and i stayed the week.

Hidden Gem

We came down in a group of 6 for a concert at Ruoff. Actually better than we thought it looked on pictures. Absolutely fit our group perfectly and did exactly what we needed. The negative reviews don’t accurately represent this property. You get what you pay for and this place and location exceeded the listing price. Well worth the price!

Nice House, Disappointing Property

When we first drove up to the house, we were very apprehensive. The grass was tall and needed mowed. The landscaping didn't look like it had been touched in over a year. The patio would have been nice had it had some furniture, such as a table and chairs or something to sit on. The gas fireplace did not work, the knob had been taken off and it was full of cobwebs. The sun porch was nice; however, it also had cobwebs. The inside of the house was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean except for the fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, living, dining room and kitchen. However, there is only one TV in the entire place. Never could get the ice maker to work. It could be a great place to stay if it had some tender loving care. It was a great location.

Great place, fun stay!

The house was great, easy to get to, with plenty to do around Fishers. We went down to golf and it was very centrally located to our course choices. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Just shy of perfect

Nice property, great location, but missed the mark on amenities. I noticed 2 towels per bedroom and for someone who wraps hair in 1 and body in another, it would have taken from another guest. No coffee maker. Only French Press. Very limited kitchen amenities (no ziplock bags to store left offers). Bathroom amenities were limited as well. Neighborhood was very quiet. I loved the big, mature trees that lined the street. Thank you.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We got this place to stay in while in town for a funeral. It was just down the street from a family member so we already knew the neighborhood was a nice quiet place to stay and spend time with love ones. It was nice to have a homey place to be as opposed to a hotel stay.
