I spent lots of time looking through reviews and comparing prices for this stay bc my daughter wanted to swim. Just for us to check in after a long day and the pool door had a sign saying it was closed. They didn’t have it posted on the website and never mentioned it during check in. When I called and asked they said it was for maintenance but never seen anyone working on it. Our room carpets were dirty with fingernail clippings, even found a cheap ring. Breakfast was terrible. Dry muffins, hard bagels, Potatoes were old and hard with no seasonings. Waffle machine was the only exception.

The room was absolutely immaculate, I loved the comfort level. I walked in. It was a cold day. And the heat was already on. So the room was comfortable, I was able to shower without turning on the heat and waiting for the room to warm up. The comforter the sheets, the pillows, everything was clean. Housekeeping brought new tiles and washcloths, which I really appreciated

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are always spotless; the beds were comfy and the hotels has always been quite. The breakfast is well done with potatoes, sausage and eggs. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we are passing through Indy.
