-Outdoor Amenities: Heated pool, gas firepit, gas barbeque grill, bocce court, ping pong table, and outdoor television.

-Games and Activities: Cornhole, Jenga, and croquet in the large backyard court.

-Parking: Private parking is available for up to 5 cars within the gated property.

-Technology: Access to high-speed 400 Mbps internet with a mesh system providing coverage across the entire villa and outdoor spaces. Smart Roku TVs are available in all bedrooms and the main living room.

Community Access: The villa is located in the exclusive Montage gated community, ensuring a safe and tranquil environment for your stay.

-Prior to your arrival, there is one administrative requirement that needs to be handled. The City of Indio requires you to review and submit two forms that will be sent by your host prior to your arrival. On the rental acknowledgment form please use the home address provided in your confirmation and list the homeowner as Trinity Gold.



-No outdoor music; doors must be closed when playing music indoors

-Quiet hours: 10 PM–10 AM

-No smoking

-Primary renter must be 25+

-No pets (violations incur a $500 fee)



-Occupancy Limits: Overnight occupancy limits are 2 people per bedroom + four. Daytime occupancy limits are 24 people for lots less than 14,500 sq. feet

-Special Events: Permits are required for commercial parties and events

-Pool heating is not included in the base rental fee, but available upon guest request. Heating is available for $100/day with a two-night minimum and there must be at least 24-hour notice.



Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $10,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
