The absolute perfect home for our weekend to attend a wedding. The host was super fast with every response to my questions. The house is fully equipped with everything you would want, all easy to find and well labeled. It is quiet and roomy. We were 6 adults and a toddler and an infant, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The pool/spa were put to good use. Easy parking for our 3 cars (2 are SUVs) in the garage and driveway. I highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—just a walk to the festival, which made everything super convenient. The pool was a dream for cooling off, and the AC kept the place perfectly comfortable after long days in the heat. The property had everything I needed, and the owner was incredibly thoughtful and responsive throughout the stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

House sits in a safe gated community on a private corner lot. Host responds fast, but several undisclosed details affected my stay. Check‑in info arrived night before. Guests must enter through a far gate with long lines; house sits on opposite end, adding time each trip.Pool is very small, only 4.6 feet deep, basically a swim spa. Hot tub is clean and nice but controlled inside, slow to heat. No fire pit seen. Outdoor cameras present but unclear if active.Sleeping setup felt inaccurate. Couches counted toward “12 guests,” but no sofa bed. Master bed had a deep divot that made sleeping uncomfortable. Kids’ room uses trundles in an odd layout.Biggest issue was temperature. House was 90 degrees on arrival. AC repeatedly overrode settings and refused to cool past 70, usually staying around 74, making nights uncomfortably hot. Host said smart thermostat prevents freezing unit and that I’d “be fine,” but I was not—AC either struggles or is capped to avoid cooling lower.No garage opener (host said last guest lost it). Shower heats well, and washer/dryer are convenient. Overall stay was okay, but clearer listing details and honest info about cooling limitations would have changed my booking choice.
