Room was not ready in time due to shortage of stuff. The sofa bed was broken in one portion. The lower portion was coming out. AC was working only in living room. Other bed rooms were very hot. The pans and pots are overly used and had so many scratches in them. However, the view from cottage was beautiful even though a tree is unnecessarily standing as an obstucle in between the cottage and the view.

Great property located right on the Cabot trail! Cottages were perfect for families and there were lots of activities and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

What an amazing stay the lady at the front desk who I would assume is also the owner by her professionalism was absolutely sweet as a button. Dogs were treated with respect and had a great time I can’t wait to stay again

The photo of the room isn't the one we got, which was way smaller. No place to sit inside and eat for 2 people. Bed are single but good quality. You have to eat outside or sitting on your bed. Ingonish is a very small village, so have cash for food near-by pick-up cause the restaurants are very expensive, as well as the price we paid for the room. (Around 220$ Expedia 5th august) which is way too much for such a small unit. View is great but cars never stop passing by so it's not quiet. AC was strong and great, but makes a lot of noice (bothers my wife). Great beach nearby. Great breakfast 100 meters from Motel but a little pricey. Globally 7/10.

Beautiful setting, rooms definitely need updating. The floors in our room were very uneven and it felt like I was going to fall. Small kitchen with just enough pans, dishes etc. to make a meal. It was Ok for 2 nights, not sure about a longer stay.

The location is decent — quite convenient to get around. However, for the price, I expected a bit more. The facilities feel a bit dated and not really worth the high cost. Overall, it’s okay, but there are better value options nearby.

Wonderful location to tour the Cabot Trail. Nice cottage with views. Staff was super helpful. We had a few issues when we checked in (a lightbulb out and commode not flushing fully) and they fixed them right away. It’s not luxury but very functional and comfortable bed.

We had family staying at other locations in the area so we were mainly there just to sleep. You cant go wrong with the Ingonish area for adventures,either with hiking, beaching, kayaking/canoeing, whale watching or just enjoying the scenery. Seabreeze has easy access to all those amenities and our motel room had eveeything we needed
