My stay at your Vrbo was fun because of the pool; however, it was very disappointing that the house was not clean. The carpet was filthy, and I could not use the bathtub as the water was yellow. The upstairs balcony had four large wasp nests. There were so many wasps flying around that I could not let the kids out there at all. The amenities were extremely cheap. The barstools and end tables had screws falling out, and the BBQ was incredibly dirty. I definitely would not stay there again."

The house and property were in excellent shape. The pool was a definite PLUS, clean with nice sitting area poolside. The only negative was there could have been more dishes and a larger coffee pot for a place rated for 9 people. Otherwise, it was excellent!

We loved our stay here! There was so much to do including fishing, swimming, basketball, the game room, puzzles, and board games. We really loved the salt water pool! The property is a straight shot to UF and only takes about 40 minutes. The hostess was wonderful and we hope to stay here again soon!

Perfect lake getaway! The house was super clean and looked just like the pictures. The view was gorgeous, we spent so much time just hanging out in the pool and looking out over the lake. Such a great stay!

Lakeside with pool

Lake Ida is a serene lake. The pool catches the lake breeze and gets afternoon shade. Life is good waking up to the morning sun with access to a lake and a pool! The house is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. Nearby Hitchcock Market was a well-stocked grocery store. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, splashing in the pool, and playing games. Time flew by as we made memories.

The house could have been a little cleaner. The pool was very dirty, not useable and no one ever showed up to maintain it. I would recommend getting a pest control contract on the house due to bugs inside. Location was great, lake behind the house is also nice.

Amazing girls' trip with friends

Relaxing place with a beautiful view of the lake!!

We stayed with some family and we were all comfortable and enjoyed the views. There is really nothing to do around but that’s what we were looking for. We wanted to stay in and just relax, fish and swim. The pool was smaller than we thought but we still enjoyed it. The owners were super nice and accommodating! Would stay again. 😊
