The room was clean. Small but fine that way. Well laid out. Had to wait to leave as tour buses came in and blocked in my car, took over the restaurant and made it difficult to leave. But otherwise it was good

Average overall - but not bad.
Great location, unfortunately the shower was terrible and after a long drive north a shower is always welcome. But, the trickle from the shower head was not a welcome sight. It was reported but we arrived late and nothing could be done. Then at dinner we waited 10 minutes for a menu to be given and eventually had to ask the barman for one. Other than that the hotel is a great location by the loch, etc. Hence the average rating for comfort.
Totally Loved this property!! Stunning view of the Loch. Comfy room with many amenities. Restaurant was excellent ... delicious food and Wonderful staff!
HIGHLY recommend this property
It's a beautiful spot, the staff are great (especially Conny) and property is very unique. It's got a very charming feel and overall I would say excellent value for the money. My only complaint is the bed was too firm for me, but that's a preference not a knock on the property. Would stay again for sure.
Great location overlooking Loch Ness. Room small but great lounge area which we had to ourselves. Shower just a trickle which was annoying. Very good breakfast.

Staff were exceptional. Our room was very small. No where to put luggage. Room needed some updating. Musky smell in room as well.
Brilliant location with views of the loch as well as cruises, a little trail nearby also. Friendly welcoming staff great food and a whiskey collection to die for
We came home from a lovely stay at the Lochness Clansman Hotel on Thursday. We wished we had booked for longer! On arrival we learned the staff had accommodated our request on room preference by email and we were allocated 2 beautiful rooms overlooking the loch. The view was stunning from both rooms. The bedrooms were decorated lovely and the beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were spotless and spacious. We truly had a wonderful time and the restaurant was beautiful overlooking the loch. We can’t wait to return for another stay soon.
Stayed here for one night on 27th March, booked a room for three people. At check in, I was asked to give my credit card details which I gave as it was routine. I had breakfast for three people and a dinner bill. At checkout we were told that the dinner bill would be taken from the submitted credit card and breakfast was paid separately through a separate card.
However, on checking later, we noticed the amount for breakfast was also charged from my credit card apart from the other payment. We thought this might just be a genuine mistake and tried to reach out to them. I've called them over the phone multiple times and even emailed them to no avail. Phone Calls not answered and there has been no reply to the email. This is quite unprofessional behaviour and I'm extremely disappointed with it.
We had a lovely stay. We arrived very late and the manager gave us instructions to get in and left the room key where we could find it. Our view of Loch Ness at breakfast was breathtaking. We enjoyed a full Scottish breakfast and my latte was perfect!
We booked the loch view room and it was really clean and comfort and great view of loch bathroom was clean and just the shower did not have the adjustable water dispenser. restaurant was also great with friendly staffs. restaurant prices are unresonably high. reception staffs are also friendly and helpful. room lighting was fine but can be much better. there was a hair dryer in the room as well. breakfast was great. you have some options of continental as well as ordering hot meal of scottish breakfast.

Fantastic friendly staff. Our evening meal was incredible and made it a special stay and if you are a lover of Whisky they have plenty options to choose from. The room was cozy but needed some fixing. The door frame was broken which looked like from forcing the door open. And the shower was the main concern that had a crack in the tray and the floor felt soft. We took one shower and didn’t shower the second day as we were worried about putting a foot through the floor. Reception alerted, but didn’t seem to concerned. Overall we did really enjoy the stay at the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate on staying here again.
