Pictures from website are deceiving . Rooms and bathrooms are much smaller that pictures shows. This property does everything they can to nickel and dime you on everything. Rooms do not have a fridge or microwave. You are forced to use the one in lobby if need to heat food. That’s right only ONE microwave for all 100 rooms. I saw a bunch of microwaves and fridge while walking by facility close when tech was there getting supplies. Was told I needed to request from front desk. Not a problem right? Wrong again front told me I can a fridge in my 2 queen room for a few of $10 per day!!!! At this point I didn’t even want to ask what the price was for microwave. I had small children and needed to heat up meals and all.

Good stay for the money.

We had a good stay for the deal we got. Unfortunately we had baby roaches in the bathroom & while there was a pool it was dirty & needing to be cleaned out. Another thing is they do charge $20 for parking & that was not mentioned anywhere on line

For a few days it is fine

The hotel is ok, the first day smells weird, the lady on the front desk was nice as well the cleaning lady, the breakfast is not the best, but there is places 10 min walking

No additional lock on the arcadia door. No privacy curtain, just the thick heavy one. No fridge. No ice machine. No parking at night. They put me on the first floor facing the parking lot when i was staying alone. I felt un safe with access right over the wall to the balcony and there was only 1 lock.

AC in room didn’t work. Shower water vacillated between hot and cold while using the shower. Stem to switch between shower and bath faucet didn’t work very well. 2 body towels but only one hand towel and washcloth. “Room Service” isn’t really room service when it’s a 45 minute wait to get food with a minimum order amount of $20.00. The pizza I wanted was $19.95 - the next cheapest item that I would need to add to the order was $7.95. Don’t play those games - make the pizza $20 flat. Parking: I get it that the Atrium is across the street from John Wayne Airport but $28 a day to park as a guest of the hotel? Fun note to add: I graduated high school in 1979 in that area and we had our 10 year class reunion at this hotel. Also to add: the personnel employed by the hotel were great: friendly, smiling, and always saying hello.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was terrible 19$ and the waffles were premade and frozen then just put in the toaster and then put in a warmer however when I bit into mine it was still super cold and rock hard. The sausage I took one bite and about vomited I had to spit it out. So would highly recommend the hotel but NOT the breakfast.

The staff was super friendly. The common areas esp. the pool area was very clean and well decorated. My only negative was in our bedroom my wife and I were provided only 2 body towels and a small wash cloth. I was surprised that we did not have hand towels nor a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Nevertheless, the price was reasonable and in walking distance to the airport. I would definitely stay again at the Atrium Hotel.
