We had a great stay overall and truly enjoyed this beautiful 4-bedroom home. The two pools were a standout feature and made the house perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The layout was spacious and comfortable, and the property felt private and well-maintained.The only challenges we experienced were with the washer and dryer, which didn’t function properly during our stay. Because of that, we ran short on towels at times, which was inconvenient for a house with pools and 10 people using the showers. Additionally, the grocery delivery included chicken that had spoiled, which unfortunately caused a strong odor in the house which wasn’t eliminated until we discovered it.Despite these issues, the home itself and amenities made for a very enjoyable stay, and with a few improvements around laundry and supply coordination, it would be an excellent rental. The location is at the south point so definitely recommend renting a golf cart while staying here. Owners, concierge had excellent communication and were very responsive.

Our group had the best time. Top of the line communication, cleanliness, and ease for a group of 12 traveling from the states. The kitchen is perfect to have a private chef cook for you with two incredible pools. The house has everything you need in more with perfect location and privacy.

Isla Paradise

This house was perfect for our group of four couples. This was our first time on the island and we weren’t sure where to stay with our larger group. Punta Sur area is just gorgeous. Out of the busy hustle and bustle of the north end and this house was perfect. GORGEOUS views from the rooftop pool area. The pool on the roof was so wonderfully warm it was nice sitting up there in the evenings. We all loved it. Every detail was thought of in this house, from beach towels and pool toys to ponchos and rags for the golf carts. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. The private chef loved it! The only thing I would warn you people of is the stairs, although beautiful are very steep and narrow. Just be careful. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The owners and management are spectacular!!! Friendly and so easy to work with. If you stay there say hi to Fred the Iguana! And he loves bananas!!

Perfect for Families

Casa Elegante was the perfect place for our family of 14. The house was everything as expected and more! Clean, spacious and very well supplied with everything you need in the kitchen to pool & beach accessories. The Consierge, Julia was fabulous and very responsive to all our needs. She arranged all transportation from the airport to the house, golf cart rental, excursions, restaurant reservations and more! The couple, very minor, issues we had Bill & Laura were immediately on it and got things taken care of. We couldn’t have had a better vacation and Thank everyone at Casa Elegante for making that happen.

Great Family Vacation Home

Our entire family of 10 came for 10 days in January. This property was perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space plus 2 pools and beautiful views from rooftop deck. It could not have fit our needs better. Close enough to the action but far enough away to be peaceful and restful after a busy day. The neighborhood was not busy but beautiful and tranquil and very safe. Thanks for the use of your beautiful home!

Isla gem

We stayed at Casa Elegante for a week and loved it! Weather was unusually stormy and rainy the whole week, but we made the best of it. The property was Very clean and maintained, comfortable and stocked with most anything you would need. Communication was excellent between owners and property management. If there were issues, they were very quick to respond. We had our adult kids and spouses along, 8 in total, with plenty of space. The heated pools were awesome to enjoy, especially since it was raining, cool and stormy. We rented golf carts for the week to run around in, but taxis are cheap and quick if you are sticking close to the property. I would definitely stay again and recommend!! Thanks so much for a great vacation ❀

Perfect!

Girls trip to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. It was the perfect house for us. Tanning and soaking in the pool in January! Everything was available. We had some hiccups but had ways to contact people we needed to and it was fixed right away. We fell in love with the house and island. Everyone involved in booking the house was so helpful and they answered every question we had and set up so much.

Gorgeous 360 Ocean View Home

We had four couples for my boyfriends 30th birthday. This house was PERFECT. Everyone had their own king size bed and a great size room! The two pools were fantastic and the outdoor furniture was nice. This house comes STOCKED with everything you will need for a vacation. They have pool floaties, coolers, bags, hats, bluetooth speakers, sunscreen people have left behind. There is a full gorgeous kitchen and filtered water available, so bring a water bottle! They provide an amazing welcome book with recommendations for food, activities, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. They also have a concierge available that will help you setup excursions, golf carts, hotel transportation, and anything you would need! The home was stocked with all toys, towels & amenities that you would ever need. The view from the rooftop pool was incredible!! The first floor pool was perfect for swimming & lounging. Simply Incredible!

This house is fabulous and I would highly recommend it for any group. Beautiful and very functional for larger groups. The management makes things very easy and the house is immaculate and has everything you need. The rooftop area has great views and is a perfect place to hang out. Lots of great restaurants and attractions nearby from casual to fine dining. We have been here before will definitely be back!

Everything deserving of a vacation

The house met our expectations and more. La Diosa neighborhood is quiet and well managed. It was just my wife and I this time so the spaciousness of the house was plenty. We took daily advantage of the hot tub on the 3rd floor. Spent time in the hammocks. The amenities and necessities are right at your finger trips - soft side coolers, Bluetooth speaker, koozies, games, floats, washer/dyer. The house managers and the concierge services were responsive and provided everything we needed for getting from the airport to the island (pickup, golf cart, etc). We didn't take advantage of the I'm house chef services this time but we will next. The owners even checked in us an made sure that our needs were looked at. We had a handwritten welcome note from them uncluding 2 bottles of wine and also a couple of 'Isla - Casa Elegante' stickers. Nice touch!

Awesome home with many features, thoughtful touches, and class. Two gorgeous pools, one located on the roof top for both sunset and sun rise. Several great eating and entertaining spaces!! Awesome house great details

This is a great house. We come to isla a lot and stayed a week. The house is amazing, clean new and very functional. Printer ,phone chargers, games sunscreen and a ton of little things that make the stay easy. Great sunset from rooftop pool. We travel a lot and would highly recommend this house. Andi and Juls were great with information and the binder provided has a ton of details. Starbucks I’m walking distance at beautiful Punta sur. Enjoy live music from neighboring bar at sunset but no. Lose at night. Get to isla and stay here if you want to have a good time.

A well needed vacation

My husband and three other couples took time away and felt the accommodations, the housekeeping, the concierge service and property manager made this trip impeccable! Three separate bedrooms with king sized beds and each with an en-suite was very much appreciated. We also utilized a private chef, Carolina, for our last night was the best crescendo to a great vacation. With two pools, three levels and everything provided, you will want for nothing.

We had a wonderful time at casa elegante! The staff was always there to assist and stocked our fridge before we got there! They were quick to respond and make recommendations on the island and served as great resources. The house was beautiful and the rooftop views were amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Isla! I would also let them handle everything from excursions to golf cart rentals etc. Classy place with great service and extremely hospitable.
