The resort was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Food was hit and miss and i did get sick one day. They were also very very pushy about becoming members, we started getting frustrated because it never stopped even the day we were leaving we were still being pushed.

From reception to check out the level of attention and friendliness, you are always greeted with a smile, makes you realize their goal is to make your stay a memorable one. Fortunately for me and thanks to the wonderful people working at this wonderful resort it certainly was just that, for both myself and my family. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, clean and have beautiful views. The food was amazing with many options. I would especially like thank Gisela from reception for her hospitality and wonderful smile and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. I would especially like to thank Bernardo, concierge for building 6, Angel, Elias, and Michael concierges for the preferred pool for making my special day so incredible. Your efforts were greatly appreciated by myself and my family. Your willingness to go above and beyond was very special for me and my family. I would also like to thank Martin and Martin R waiters at the preferred pool for their service, hospitality and constant attention to the needs of my family. You definitely allowed us to relax. Every morning we had breakfast at the Market Cafe and the food and service was delicious and excellent. I would like to thank Christian and Fernando for their pleasant conversation and attention to our needs.

There was a lot of variety in terms of food however the quality was hit and miss. For example the Teppanyaki at Himitsu was excellent but the regular Asian cuisine was not prepared to traditional standards. The Pad Thai was a plate of flat rice noodles with Teriyaki sauce, the gyoza was pulled sweet pork, and the ramen was broth was sweet and a small bowl like an appetizer. We had a similar experience at Portofino, the Italian restaurant. The first time we went it was fantastic and the second time not so much.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here, and it was truly incredible from start to finish! The resort is stunning, the beach was clean (there was a bit of kelp in July, but it didn’t take away from the experience), and the entertainment throughout our stay was great. The food really stood out — every restaurant offered high-quality dishes and exceptional service. We loved the variety of dining options, and each meal felt like a special experience. We opted for the Preferred Club, and it was absolutely worth it! The preferred lounge offered premium drinks and snacks, the preferred beach area was more private and relaxing, and having a personal concierge made everything so seamless. Plus, the added perks and coupons were a great bonus. Every staff member was warm, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. This resort exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return for another stay. Highly recommend!

This resort is the reset and retreat I needed from day to day life. We are in our 40’s and celebrated our 20th Anniversary. We spent 8 days, 7 nights here- non preferred swim out in building 7. We had morning sun with afternoon shade which was great as were fair skinned and burn easily. We are not party people, so the quiet of the swim out was just what we needed. You could hear the music of the party pool which wasn’t an issue, everything slowed down around 7pm as the public pools closed. Night life was mild as this is more of a couples resort. Even if there was a wedding, it seemed to be done at 11pm. But I’ll say- if you’re a light sleeper- bring a sound machine. The decor, interior design and lush landscaping was eye candy for me. The service was impeccable, the food was surprisingly really good for an all inclusive. I highly recommend the green juice, the cream donuts and anything from Coco Cafe which is conveniently open 24/7. Helpful tip- bring mini hand sanitizer to Market Cafe, many hands touch all the serving utensils. The only things we wish we could have had was a pillow menu- the pillows were a bit firmer than preferred. My husband was wishing for an adult gaming area like pinball, arcade games, corn hole, etc. but these are small things that would only make an amazing experience better. Overall, I hope we can be back sooner than later!! Join the FB groups for all the tips. It really helped us.
