The property is stunning and expansive with a friendly staff. Dinner at Kindler was delicious. We removed one star because of a series of details that added up. Our first room smelled like must/mold. The second room had a visibly damaged dresser, a broken screen lock and no hot water in the sink the first day. Returning at 3 pm after a five hour outing, we discovered our room had not been cleaned, so we had to call and wait for service instead of taking a nap. This is was a very quiet time of winter. I hesitate to think what it would have been like if the resort was full... These issues are fixable, but some additional attention to detail would make this place five star.

Not enough luggage carts. Room was not ready at 4 o'clock check-in time. We had a suite with kitchenette. No dishes or cutlery. Phone did not work. Front desk never answers the phone.

We loved the property and felt like we were on holiday just at the resort. Loved the boat trip to the other resorts. Planned to explore Ismerldo....but happy too stay at the hotel

The property was so clean and well maintained. Plenty of pool/ bar staff very friendly customer service. So much included in the resort fee unlike many other resorts we have stayed. Room itself a bit small and maid service very slow in fact one day room did not get cleaned.. Definitely would stay again and recommend
