Good value for an off-season break in the Keys. The staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly. Easy parking close to our room. Lots to do inside the resort for no extra cost: kayaking, ping pong, corn hole, water taxi, nice swimming pools and loungers in the sun. Live music every night at the tiki bar was fun. The beaches are Florida Keys beaches - don't expect deep sugar sand. Food at the restaurants inside the resort was mediocre and overpriced. There are lots of offsite dining options if you like seafood. Our room was clean and large but sparsely furnished - there was no desk and no place to sit except on the bed. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was hot and had good pressure. Pest control could have been better. I would recommend it as long as you're not paying peak-season premium rates.

Three Waters is a beautiful place to vacation.

Three Waters Resort was wonderful. We stayed in the Cove and it was very relaxing. The accommodations were spacious and clean.

I typically rate this property well. I have stayed here before and had been waiting for the newly renovated and purchased property from Marriott. It would have been great had we known the pool that overlooks the water would be closed and the raw bar that also overlooks the water was closed for the week. These are the most highlighted areas on sites & social media. I was so disappointed as I brought friends for their first time visit to come up as a flop. They are used to an all inclusive resort so to be paying a ton for food, drinks, and then resort fees when you had no access to the biggest amenities show cased for the resort was mind boggling and infuriating.

I forgot my very expensive sunglasses in the resting area very close to my room. This was my mistake. However, when I remembered after a while and returned, my sunglasses were not there. I made continuous calls. I gave information to the reception including the last day. The picture of my glasses, where I forgot them, etc. However, they said that there were no cameras in the most used open area. I was surprised by the security problem in this hotel, where I had stayed twice before. I returned home with a very serious material and moral loss. Unfortunately, a situation that could have been detected with very clear cameras could not be solved. I am very sorry. I will never forget this situation in my life.

This is a stunning property with so many amenities and restaurants! I can’t say enough about the friendliness and cooperation of the staff! Alondra at the front desk in particular! She went out of her way to accommodate our needs! Well done, Three Waters! The only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough!

I booked a 2 queen bed cottage room and was given a 2 queen bed room with balcony after asking about it the girl first told me all of our cottages are booked which I replied to her but I booked one of those rooms she proceeded to step to the back and came back and told me the room has a leak so we have to give you a regular room. No type of trying to make it better somehow no type of apology nothing. If I wouldn’t have asked nothing would’ve been said. Just terrible service to be charged to a better room and then just putting you in a regular room.
