Enjoy step-outside-your-door beach access and amazing oceanfront views, and you will discover why 10 Surf Lane is a home that truly exceeds any vacation’s dream. 10 Surf Lane is so unique on the Charleston Coast in that it is a four-bedroom, three full bath private home that sits directly on the ocean and has pool access.

The updated kitchen, living area, sitting area, and dining area are located on the first level of 10 Surf Lane, and each feature oceanfront views. The master bedroom is also located on the first level. It is highlighted by direct access to the oceanfront deck, has a private updated bath, and a king bed. A queen bed is featured in the guest bedroom located on the first level. It also has a private bath. The second level features two guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the two bedrooms features a queen bed with the second featuring two queen beds. Each bedroom is highlighted by new mattresses and bedding.

Finally, the expansive deck that borders the living area offers the perfect oasis after spending a day on the beach, which is only steps away. If the entire family would like to eat outdoors, 10 Surf Lane has two large wooden picnic tables just below the expansive deck. A private community pool is convenient to 10 Surf Lane if the kids would like a break from the surf. 10 Surf Lane will live up to your family’s perfect beach dream.

Home Truths:
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. The property location was great. The Avantstay group not so great. Pest control guy showed up out of nowhere. Ice machine and door to deck were broken, repair guy made 2 visits and repairs were not complete; door still broken to the deck. Outside shower at boardwalk was broken. Previous renter left a bunch of disgusting candy, wrappers and trash in a drawer in a bedroom and 2 grody boogie boards which housekeeping did not clear out. The housekeeping overall when we arrived was sub par. Many of the pans, dishes, etc were grimy and dirty. Wrong code for pool entry, minimal necessities and cleaning supplies in the property

True oceanfront property with great views and direct beach access.

Great location right on the beach with wonderful views and perfect ocean breezes from the deck. The deer came out to the backyard every night and it was a fun surprise! Great use of space and bedrooms with private baths were a great set up for family! The property was clean and kitchen well stocked but could use some updating and minor routine maintenance. Overall a great rental!

Graduation and Mother's Day

This home was PERFECT for our family time celebrating our son's graduation and Mother's Day! It was beautiful yet comfortable. We also enjoyed watching a herd of deer that came out to graze each afternoon! We look forward to staying there again!

Needs updating

Pros: the house has an excellent location with a great layout. Cons: upon arrival we had to call maintenance due to at least 7 light bulbs being out making it hard to see. Light fixtures were also missing shades. The fan in the bathroom upstairs was broken. The outdoor lights were also broken/dead bulbs and they were supposed to return to fix them but never did. The outdoor trash cans were completely full upon our arrival and did not get emptied while we were there. My father was staying with us and he killed two roaches in the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen has the basics but I would not say it is “well stocked” Overall this house has great potential to be outstanding if some updating and maintenance was done.

What an incredible beachfront house, just steps to the beautiful beach with so many shells to collect! Had an absolutely amazing vacation and can't wait to return. The only minor issue was the thermostat. A bit tricky to figure out.

Ideal Beachfront Home

The views from this beachfront property are amazing! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate during our girls weekend trip we could still enjoy the beach from the comfort of the beach house. We loved watching all the surfers brave the rough surf and we’re glad we were inside! Plenty of room for a group of eight to relax. There was a problem with a leaky toilet upon arrival and that was fixed promptly. Seriously considering renting this same home for a future family beach trip!

Wonderful Family Time

The location of this property was perfect. Right on the beach with a great deck to relax on while listening to the ocean. When we arrived one thing was missed by the cleaners and thus the reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness. However, I sent a quick text to the property manager and they had someone out immediately to take care of the issue. Overall, great place, great management and would highly recommend.

Great location on the beach

Best thing about this house is the location. It’s right in the beach with a private boardwalk to the beach. It’s also on a cul de sac with other Beschside Vacataion homes (I think) and just off the Main Street on Isle of Palms. It’s just close enough but separated from where the masses are. Just perfect. The house itself is very cute. It’s got an amazing view where you can see the beach and sunrises from inside or in the deck (also nice). We’d stay here again.

The vacation house was perfect for my family with plenty of room. The view of the ocean was beautiful. There were plenty of supplies and linens for all. Check in and check out was very easy. Just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We made it set of the wagon that was left behind to carry chairs and canopy each day. Your frequent emails were appreciated so we knew what to expect in plenty of time. Thank you for your attentiveness. It was a pleasure renting from Beachside.

Three Generations, 9 Guests, Endless Fun!

We had a great time staying at #10 Surf Lane. The perfect layout for a multi-generation vacation home. If you wanted fun, there was plenty of room. If you wanted quiet, you could always find that, too. Great furnishings, well-equipped both indoors and out. Amazing location with a 24 hour view of the ocean and an easy walk across the private boardwalk to the beach. We used the pool quite bit as well for early morning and nighttime swims when we weren't in the Atlantic - very clean and big enough for all to play and swim. Even with one minor glitch (freezer wouldn't get cold enough) we had immediate attention and a repairman arrived shortly after. Part backordered but Beachside delivered a replacement refrigerator-freezer within an hour. All good! We hope to return someday soon!

Beautiful, amazing, stupendous, incredible home right on the water!

Words cannot even begin to describe how unbelievable of an experience we had at this BEAUTIFUL home. First, did I mention it was beautiful? The house feels completely new and like it's from the pages of a Martha Stewart magazine. There is a GORGEOUS large window overlooking the beach and an amazing gas fireplace in the living room, which made the place feel so homey. We spent almost all of our time playing games watching the beach and sunset by the fire. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, and came totally stocked with everything we needed and we loved the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room so all of us were always able to be together. The wine opener was broken when we arrived, so we did purchase a new one for the house, but other than that the kitchen was perfect. There was also a washer/dryer which was SO useful. The grill was great, though the temperature gauge seemed to be a bit off and one of the burner tubes didn't seem to be working properly, but the grill got the job done! The master bedroom is gorgeous with a large beautiful bathroom and private deck access. The deck itself is amazing, I wish it had been warm enough to use it more; in the fall/spring/summer I could imagine spending all day out there. The beach was beautiful and very serene (though it was December). All in all, it was an amazing week and anyone would be so lucky to spend time in this home.

Our group of 9 women came down for a long weekend. The house was the perfect location to enjoy the beach and peace of the ocean and close enough to enjoy Charleston. The house was beautifully de orated, well supplied, and comfortable. I would recommend this house!

10 Surf Lane- Wonderful Property

We truly enjoyed our stay at 10 Surf Lane! This property was clean, updated and luxurious! There is granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. It definitely had an upscale newer feel. The location on the beach was perfect. The beach was not very crowded and we enjoyed ghost crab hunting with the kids after the sun went down. The pool was a quick walk right across the street and hardly ever had anyone in it. The sunsets were amazing! I loved the fully stocked kitchen, we were able to prepare many meals with no problems. There are also several nice restaurants within a few miles if you don't want to cook. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property! It was one of our favorite vacations!

Thank you to Beachside Vacations and the owner of this awesome property! There were 8 adults in our party and the house and deck were a dream come true. All of the furnishings, mattresses and carpets were new and clean. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms and the common areas were large enough to accommodate all being together. The dining table was great for a big group. It was possible to see the ocean from the living room and the deck - it felt like we were always on the beach! The location was excellent as well. We were walking distance to the marina where we spent hours playing bags, drinking beer and listening to live music. I am in withdrawal now and trying to get back to normal life but dreaming of returning to 10 Surf Lane as soon as I can possibly manage it! Keep doing exactly what you're doing. It is wonderful to find properties to rent that are so well managed. Thank you for an incredible family vacation!

Amazing House and View!!

What more could you ask for?? Newly renovated home with plenty of room for friends and family just steps from the beach across your own private walkway. Nothing has been left out! Beautiful views inside and out. Amazing wrap around deck equipped for any size celebration complete with plenty of comfortable furniture, large family sized table, cooler and gas grill. Inside the house if you think you need it... it is there. On rainy or cooler days make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace and watch whatever you choose on the big screen complete with Direct TV. For the book worm, cozy up in any number of warm and inviting areas and read while still having the panoramic view of the ocean. The surround system enables you to set any mood you like with access to a variety of music. Not a beachcomber? No problem! Steps away from the driveway is a beautiful pool area that has the perfect amount of shade and sun with a pergola, grassy shaded area for picnics and quiet for a relaxing afternoon float on a raft. The neighborhood is quiet and private but not so secluded that you have to travel far for groceries or fantastic restaurants. A short (.6 miles) walk to the local marina and you will find everything you might need from clothes to groceries to a hangout with live music and food. The marina is also the location of a variety of services where you can rent boats, jet-skis, take a parasailing trip, charter a deep sea fishing trip and much more. We love Charleston and thought we would make the short 20-25 drive in each night for dinner... we didn't need to. While Charleston being so close is just another bonus about this location...there were plenty of fabulous restaurants on Isle of Palms so at the end of a long sun-filled day we didn't have to venture far if we were too tired. If you are looking for the perfect vacation spot with wide, clean, un-crowded beaches, a beautifully appointed and well thought out home, entertainment and restaurants at your fingertips and lazy mornings or evenings on the porch with coffee or a cocktail gazing at the ocean... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Fabulous Beach House!

My husband and I stayed here with three other couples and found the house to be extremely comfortable. The rooms were all very clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and living area view out to the ocean was spectacular! Mornings were awesome sitting on the large deck sipping coffee watching the ocean tides. The beach made it easy to walk into town for souvenir shopping and eating. I highly recommend this house for 4 couples or 2 families You will not be disappointed!

Amazing stay on the beach!

We felt like we were always on the beach even when we were in the house because the floor to ceiling windows in the main room have the MOST amazing views! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. We hired a local catering company to cook a meal one night and they prepped in the lower level covered area and served at the kitchen island's bar. It worked out perfectly. All of the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are new and clean! We were just steps from the beach, 5 minute bike ride from the marina, and 20 minute walk to breakfast each morning at the Sea Biscuit! This is a great house for couples, but would also work well for 2 small families! I will definitely stay here again. It is very comfortable, bright, and homey!
