Mariners Walk 10E in Wild Dunes. Elevated 2nd floor, 3 bedroom Isle of Palms vacation rental, family friendly villa located at 10E Mariners Walk inside the exclusive Wild Dunes Resort, boasts two balconies, views of the pool and ocean, and convenient beach access. The main living area has seamless flow between the kitchen and living room with a half bath located on the main floor. 2nd floor: Bedroom one: king bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo. Bedroom two: 2 twins with attached bathroom tub/shower combo. 3rd floor: queen bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo and lovely ocean view balcony.

Community pool is located directly in front of the villa.

There is a dedicated parking spot right next to entrance of villa. There are two parking spaces allowed per villa.

Wild Dunes sports card is not included. The Wild Dunes amenities you have access to inlclude dining, golf, and bike trails. Guests have access to the Mariners Walk community pool and charcoal grills.

The rental is equipped with wireless internet, landline phone, and washer/dryer.

Things to know:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
--Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-Pets are not permitted
-Sports card is not included

Perfect location, easy walk to the beach and home was as described. Very clean and updated. The only issue I have is I reached out to the owner after we checked in and never got a response. Also request more than one parking pass for the gate. Will give you a hard time.

This is our second time staying in this unit! There were updates bathrooms. The view is spectacular. The walk to the ocean and pool is short. The sidewalks to bike, walk and run are lovely. We will be back again.

Great Location Needs Some TLC

A great location, good amenities, close to the ocean, good for a small group. The place needs some TLC. The main bathroom had a strong odor of urine - deep clean the tile. The bathroom (ensuite) on second floor had black grout near the tub which turned the bottom of the shower curtain black - deep clean the tile and wash the curtain. Trap door to attic on second floor has something growing around the edges.

Beach beauty!

Great little place so close to the beach. Townhome is a clean, comfortable, indoor space with lovely patio. In addition the pool is easily accessible and large enough so folks aren’t on top of each other. We enjoyed our time there. Only one comment - and maybe I overlooked it in the original description - it is on the second floor, with two flights of stairs inside. No problem for the younger folks in the family, only a bit for the older ones! Thank you for providing this special place.

Very nice layout and place

Loved the property and the set up of the condo! Walk to the beach. It was so pleasant and quiet. I took my bf, son, grandson, and parents, and CD we all fit nicely. A little too pricey
 but beautiful!

Great location, nice condo, the bathrooms can use a little love. The shower heads were new but they were loose because the drywall was unstable, the dry wall around the vents in the ceiling were bubbled and signs of mold. I get that there is humidity and condensation in small bathrooms, that is precisely why it should get regular attention. Other than that the place is great.

Lovely ocean view property with short walk to beach and pool. Plenty of parking. Extensive walking path throughout the resort. Pool was large in the middle of the complex. Everything clean. 2 large porches for sitting.

Cooper River Bridge Run Stay

We had a great stay at Mariner's Walk! 6 of us stayed for the bridge run. Great location to get to the race start line, and the Wild Dunes resort was a really nice place to stay for the weekend. The condo was clean and spacious with a nice beach and pool view, and the resort restaurant, Coastal Provisions was excellent. we would absolutely stay here again.

This is our 3rd stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it is the perfect getaway for our family to be together. Well arranged and equipped accommodation, convenient location, and peaceful surroundings. We really enjoy this condo and will return again.

Mariner’s Walk stay

Professional paint job throughout, makes the inside look brand new. Place was nice. Checking in to get a pass to the resort area was confusing. Their computer was down so we could only get a one day pass after being shuttled back and forth to entry point. Two keys but the one inside in a basket would not work. All in all a very nice place.

Girl’s Weekend Fun

This villa was perfect for our needs. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the two balconies! Super close to the beach with a walkway right by the parking area. 10E was located on the upper level. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Very comfortable furniture with plenty of seating. Lots of little details were provided for our comfort and were much appreciated. All six of us ladies loved it! Would suggest that the villa complex spray for mosquitoes. They were horrible. We were all covered in bites when we left, even having used bug spray. Didn’t deter us from our fun at the beach, but would have been much better without that element.

Wonderful Property

Great Beach Place

Have stayed here multiple times. Perfect for my family with 2 teenage boys and my SIL and teen nephew. We love Wild Dunes and the surrounding Isle of Palms. Easy beach and pool access and nice to have a full kitchen.

Nice property Wild Dunes

Very easy access to beach. Beautiful view from top floor, nice furnishings. Basic kitchen setup-no spices/oils,etc. Everything was clean. Very much enjoyed the stay and would choose to stay again. Only recommendations: Strange signage on property about leaving beach gear made it difficult to know where to store all the sandy stuff. A map of the property would be useful in the binder. A king size bed on the top floor would be perfect.
