Modern Villa in Wild Dunes! OCEAN VIEW! Great Central Location! Walk to Amenities!

The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. In addition to location, this amazing villa was also recently renovated in 2025! From the brand new kitchen and bathroom, to the new furnishings, everything speaks luxury.

Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the new modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and upscale stainless steel appliances. The large work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean views from the kitchen to the balcony. With beautiful new hardwood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table seating four, and a large mounted television. The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv. Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a custom tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.

**Beginning January 28th, Seagrove Villas will be replacing all roofs in this complex which will take several weeks to complete. We do not have an exact timeline for each building, but please reach out to our team if you plan to book and we will be happy to check on any updates at that time.

Responsive and helpful. Parking pass delivered in advance. Nice condo with nice ocean view. right at the beach. Nicely furnished and well kept with an extra 1/2 bath. There are 3 beach accesses so, although two were temp closed because of King Tide erosion, the third was open. Beautiful neighborhoods to go for morning walks. Very short walk to the restaurants, shops in the Hyatt Resort next door.

Nice but Noisy

Clean condo with views

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. The balcony was nice to have meals on with the view of the ocean. It was also walking distance to Sweetgrass/Wild dunes resort restaurants. Nothing bad to say about this rental.

Quick stay

Pleasant apartment in Wild Dunes, close to the pool and ocean. The apartment was clean and convenient with 2 TVs, but few clocks or mirrors. There also was some construction noise and landscaping noise. But, quiet at night and beautiful breezes during the day!

Great location on the beach

This property had a nice spacious kitchen, bigger than the three bedroom place my sister and parents were staying at two buildings over from us. With four of us it was so nice to have two bathrooms in the unit. We loved being able to walk to the beach just on the other side of our building, and being close enough to walk to the stores up by the hotel. The property was obviously updated pretty recently which was nice and they had plenty of books in the doorway for jackets and towels. The only minor improvements I would suggest are: a deep cleaning of the washing machine (it was a bit moldy and musty which is probably from people leaving the door shut instead of airing it out), some coffee filters for the coffee maker, more than one dishwashing detergent packet and one laundry detergent packet, and some WD40 on the legs of the pullout sofa because it was a bit noisy when you got up and down from it. I would definitely stay here again!!

Quick getaway

Great place and location. Beautiful view. It would have been nice to provide one coffee filter since you provided coffee for one pot of coffee, I would do provide something so you can have a pot or nothing at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo

The location was fabulous. A few steps to the pool and a few steps more to the ocean. The condo was spotless and pretty inside. The furniture was new and in great condition. We loved that we could sit on the deck and the ocean was right in front of us. There are a few minor suggestions we would have for the property manager. - the washer needs sanitized there is visible mold in the washing machine unit. - the main door lock to the condo was a bit confusing. It was hard to tell when inside the unit if the door was actually locked. Maybe a separate deadbolt would help. - the pool also needs minor maintenance. The ladder at the deep end is crooked making it very difficult to get out. Overall I would say it is one the best stays we’ve had in a long time!!

Mental health update at Seagrove 8A

This is the perfect property for two. I was coming alone but at the last minute my husband decided to stay overnight one night. It was generous and beautiful. Two baths was perfect....even though there were only two of us. Decorations and kitchen granite and flooring.;...everythign was relaxing and not fussy. The walk to the beach was short and the facilities between the condo and the sand were very nice. Porch furnishing were comfortable, even though its not a great place to sit if its raining...the floor above drips through. LOVEd it! Thank you, Robin

Great Wild Dunes Villa

We had a wonderful time at Seagrove Villa 8A! The location is fantastic with ocean views and a very short walk to the beach. It is in the heart of Wild Dunes and within easy walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Wild Dunes Village and the WD Tennis Center. The villa is well appointed and has great Wi-Fi signal and nice Samsung TV's. Having stayed at many homes and villas in Wild Dunes over the years, this is one of our favorites!

Very nice condo close to the beach

The unit was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for the beach! Sweet grass property management was fantastic. They responded quickly to sending guest passes that we needed at different times throughout our stay. When we had a problem with the door lock they maintenance person responded within an hour and quickly fixed the problem. It was perfect for 2 adults on a daily basis. We had friends stay for 3 days and it was a bit tight. The second 1/2 bath was a big plus. The only issue was the unit was not very sound proof. We could hear every step and sound from the upstairs unit. After we made them aware, they were quieter, but it would be a different issue if there were young kids running around!

Great Condo for short vacation

This property is great. We liked waking up and watching the sun rise over the ocean and listening to the water at night. The only drawback to this condo was the neighbors upstairs that were renting and their 4 boys under the age of 12 wrestling all evening. The floor was noisy. Property was as described, though we would have like it a bit quieter than we had during the week. The only issue that we had was with the dishwasher (it leaked) and they offered to wash our dishes, but we were leaving in 3 days, so i didn’t mind doing it.

We were surprised to find out at arrival that there was no elevator and we had to carry everything up stairs. This was tough on two 70 year olds. Otherwise , everything was great and would stay there again.
