Featuring an easily accessible single floor unit on the 1st level that has two comfortable bedrooms, two full baths, and an amazing large screened in porch with great views plus easy access to the pool & beach. 6 C Marinerâs Walk is a wonderful vacation destination in Wild Dunes.
6 C Marinerâs Walk recently came under new ownership and in preparation to become a vacation rental destination, updates were made that included the following:
âą New flooring throughout the living and dining area.
âą New large screen UHD TVâs, one each in the family room & each bedroom.
âą New king master bedroom suite with a new mattress.
âą New family room sectional sofa with a queen sleeper.
âą New screened in porch furniture.
âą The addition of towel hooks in the screened in porch.
âą New cookware, a Keurig machine, flatware, and cutlery to name a few of the kitchen items.
âą New light fixtures.
In addition to the upgrades above, each bathroom in 6 C Marinerâs Walk has been updated.
While the interior is excellent at 6 C Marinerâs Walk, the large screen porch is where your family and friends will want to be throughout the vacation. Featuring new and comfortable outdoor furniture and towel hooks to dry your beach towels, it is the perfect spot to enjoy fresh summer watermelon as you smell the salt air on the breeze while watching the kids splash in the Marinerâs Walk swimming pool only steps away. Also, the porch is large enough to set your beach gear to the side w/o interrupting the enjoyment of the porch and views it offers.
When you are ready to hit the beach, the $250 credit towards beach gear offered at 6 C Marinerâs Walk is an outstanding amenity.

- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Mariners Walk pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beachâor the entire beachâmay be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
