Recently updated and beautifully decorated, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach retreat is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Isle of Palms has to offer. Located in the quiet Beachside community, guests can enjoy access to the community pool and tennis courts while being just a short walk from the beach.

The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and a cozy breakfast table, creating the perfect spot for morning coffee or casual meals. The open-concept living and dining area offers a comfortable gathering space, complete with bar seating along the kitchen counter for additional dining options.

Just off the living room, you'll find a screened porch with an outdoor dining area, providing a wonderful space to enjoy meals and coastal breezes. Beyond the porch is an open sun deck equipped with a gas grill, perfect for outdoor entertaining and relaxing after a day at the beach.

The home features a convenient split floor plan, offering privacy for families and groups. Two guest bedrooms are located on one side of the home and share a full bathroom. On the opposite side, the primary suite includes a private bathroom and direct access to the screened porch, creating a peaceful retreat.

With its comfortable layout, inviting outdoor spaces, and convenient location near the pool, tennis courts, and beach, this home provides everything needed for a memorable coastal getaway.

We definitely recommend it!

Love Isle of Palms

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfy and good space for our family. The walk to the beach is fine at about 8 min. The kitchen / baths were very dated and low end with fiberglass tubs and coil stove. The hardwood floors needed repairs (soft wood in places) and the decking was alarming in its state of repair. The beds were very uncomfortable across the board. Our kids even complained and they can sleep on the floor. The cost was very excessive for the state of the house in the off season. We have frequented many IOP properties as well as properties in the this neighborhood and we know we could have for the cost.
