Take advantage of the sun, sand, and surf when you escape to this three-story villa in Mariner's Walk! This bright and airy villa sits mere steps from the beach in a quiet complex located in a 1,600-acre private community. Offering views of the ocean, 1,580 square feet of living space, and wonderful outdoor areas where you can soak in the sunshine, relaxation is always at your fingertips! Take your pick of the Links and Harbor Golf Courses at Wild Dunes, or hop in the car for a quick drive to the downtown area of Isle of Palms four miles west. For a more mellow outing, try a scenic ride along one of the Wild Dunes bike paths. The plethora of trails around is sure to inspire nature enthusiasts, especially given it isn't uncommon to see animals such as deer feeding in the morning. The Isle of Palms Marina is just over two miles west (offering watercraft rentals and boat charters), and downtown Charleston - full of history and amazing cuisine - is 15 miles inland, while Patriot's is a similar distance away for an additional traveling option.



This villa is located just a few minutes' walk from the ocean beach, allowing you to begin each morning with a stroll on the soft sand. If you didn't get your fill of water at the beach, go for a morning dip in the large outdoor swimming pool. Casago was very responsive, however, there were several less than par issues with the property. The code entry never worked requiring us to keep up with a physical key. We let them know the battery was probably dead for the code entry, they agreed but no one fixed it during our stay. The blanket in the living room area was filthy. The 3rd floor bathroom shower gel was empty on arrival, notified, told it would be fixed and it was not. The bathrooms were seriously dated and did not appear totally clean - especially the floors.The location was wonderful but I would definitely search for another option in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Isle of Palms. The only advice I have is for the property to complete some updates on the villa, it seems outdated from early 2000s. It was very clean, just outdated! But we would stay again! Customer service was 10/10.
