Its on the big hill near the big road, walking distance to yildiz metro. Very nice and spacious apartament and the best they bring the breakfast to ypur room! You jave time to ring them in the mornings till 11am. And its a nice breakfast. Also check out at 12. Very nice staff can speak good English. Massive apartment with a balcony on the escape stairs. Overall really good. Very close to the yildiz palace newly open, recommending to visit it.

Very nice staff, quiet property - something rare in Istanbul - good working air conditioner, comfortable bed, lots of storage, great shower, private balcony attached to room, elevator, and walking distance to grocery and 20 minutes downhill to the Besiktas city centre. Free daily breakfast included. On the other hand, Wi-Fi is very slow, housekeeping is very hit or miss, and despite listing washer and dryer as an amenity, it's not accessible by guest and an extra fee to have clothes laundered by staff. Overall, a very good, comfortable stay with a few shortcomings.

We lived in room 12. The shower was constantly leaking. The location is good, metro is 3 minutes away. It is convenient to get to the airport by metro. Breakfast is good. The staff is very polite and nice. The room is large, everything is as in the photo. Cleaning every day. We liked. Thank you!

The staff at this hotel are fantastic! They are there to ensure you're well taken care of. The Turkish style continental breakfast is very good and they bring it to your room. Maybe it's a Canadian custom, but having a microwave in the kitchette would be a good idea.

Great location- close to restaurants, stores and water. Quite area even though so many cars around. The guys at the reception soooooo kind and friendly and super helpful, also perfect English. The room was super clean and very big, the outside terrace was nice and private..bathroom was big and also kitchen with everything you need. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful, Quiet and Spacious Rooms

Great affordable little hotel with wonderfully helpful and kind staff. The reception will call a taxi for you to take you anywhere you need to go. Our room had lots of room for the provided baby bed for our 2-year-old. The kitchenette made it easy to dine in and store extra snacks. The desk area was perfect for my husband to work. We even had the option to have breakfast delivered to our rooms in the morning - wish we LOVED! The hotel is taking every precaution to keep their guests safe while keeping them comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Chakra, is a wonderful place. I was surprised that it was so nice, clean and quiet. The staff is wonderful. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were fast to respond. Remodeled hotel with a new interior. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Istanbul again.
