It would be great if the isolation was fair

Great location, nice room with balcony but unfortunately heat isolation was not good. The location of the heating panel is wrong. The staff is great, they have really done their best to solve the problem, offering me blankets and hot tea. This hotel would be good in summer and fall.

So far it's one of the best hotels i Büyükada for this price. Rooms are clean, very good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Personel kibar ve ilgiliydi, odalar temizdi. Her odanın kendine göre farklı bir konsept tasarımı var buda çok güzel düşünülmüş. Konaklamamız esnasında her hangi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadık, her şey güzeldi. Büyükadaya geldigimde tekrar konaklamak isterim.

В целом неплохой маленький отель на три комнаты, удобное располлжение - от паромного причала мин пять ходьбы. Из минусов на картах отель расположен совсем в другом месте, звоните по номеру чтоб вас встретили, а также один минус это дверь - вход в отель, сделайте или поменяйте замок, дверь плохо открывается.

Decepcionante

El primer día que llegamos nos pusieron en una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado. Un baño minúsculo. Nos quejamos y nos pusieron en una habitación triple, que estaba bien si no llega a ser porque estaba super sucia. Llena de pelos. Nos quejamos nuevamente, "lo limpian" y queda más sucio que antes de limpiarlo. Al día siguiente nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación, ya que esta no tenía frigorífico, el aire acondicionado no funcioba y era ruidosa. La nueva habitación que nos dieron sí que era lo que habíamos reservado y estaba muy bien y el baño era más espacioso.
