Luckily I have terrace access. The room was too hot at first and AC temp control was so slow to kick on. By the time we got it going, while we were sleeping, the temp was switched to heater and hot. My husband had to call the front desk and they said they controlled the temperature :((. A+ for location was so close to the Blue Moss and Haghia Sophia. Food around the area was pricey

Not a room with a city view

Felt like the advertising is misleading since only the penthouse rooms have views of the city. My room was looking into the back of an old building. Fortunately I was only there one night. The staff was however superb and made up for it

Spectacular! The property is in prime location, close to everything important in sultanahmet area, close to the water (10 minutes walk or less), close to Galata bridge. Staff are wonderful and a view you can never get enough of! I highly recommend this property if you are in Istanbul to explore this rich and beautiful city!

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a convenient area. But the customer service in the hotel was not great. The receptionists don’t talk or welcome you much, the main entrance of the hotel was locked once because the receptionist had gone somewhere. Also the AC in the room can only be turned on if you call the reception and ask them to turn it on in your room. Breakfast options was were very limited.

The staff at Biz Cevahir hotel was exceptional! They were very helpful and took care of any request we had. The rooms are very clean and having breakfast included was perfect! The hotel location is in the middle of Old City at a walkable distance from major monuments, dining options and tram station. Amazing location

The staff at this hotel was amazing; very helpful whenever I approached them with a question. Clean rooms and the décor was very inviting. The location is also the best. It’s a 5 mins walk to many of the must-see sites in Sultanahmet.
