I stayed in 2 separate rooms, which were both tiny. Very centrally located hotel but it is in a very noisy and busy area. Hotel needs some good maintenance particularly the bathrooms (moldy, leaking showers, odor coming from the toilet, toilet paper holder broken, no place to hang towels, etc).

This hotel was the dirty hotel I have ever seen, what ever you see in site its totally opposite that, and the area was so bad and dirty that I had to change hotel asap that time. Everything was dirty and bad….

Bad experience in comfort hotel taksim Istanbul

The hotel was very dirty, very different from the pictures, there was no television in the room, no cleaning, no good treatment by the staff The toilet was in such a bad condition that you would not even be told

Friendly staff and clean room, but part of shower door was missing. Water was getting everywhere when having a shower. No blanket or dovet was provided but got a sheet instead.

Ideal for short staying

This place is good located, is close to buses to the airport and also metro and funicular. It is in a small street, so was a little difficult to find it at the beginning. There was an strange smell In the room coming from the bathroom and the toilet was stained, so that's made looks dirty the place. They cleaned the room and took the towels but they didn't replace them. Also took my own towel by mistake

Do not book there!!

Had a 3 night booking through expedia for three rooms... We left after the first night! Place is dingy, dirty ... Towels and pillow covers have holes in them. Bathrooms are very dirty. Does not look at all like the pics online. Do not be fooled! And also smells of smoke. In addition, access to the hotel is terrible for people with luggage. There are always a few men hanging around in the very small lobby, which makes it look creepy!! When checking out after the first night (all three nights paid in full in advance), they didnt even bother asking us why we were leaving. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Disappointed

My second visit to this hotel. The first visit was in Aug 2016 and the hotel was fine. In this visit the bathroom was smelly, washing bin tube was blocked and water was spilling down the bathroom floor. I asked the reception for a fix or room change and they fixed the fault only to return after a couple of hours. The room was noisy from other guests near by. Bathroom floor was dirty after room service. Bed sheets are stained. The path outside the hotel to the main street was full of dirt and garbage.

Lovely Hotel & very friendly staff

Although hotel is not in a main street but its very comfortable (as it's called) Staff are real stars from the Shuttle bus driver - who speaks very good english, very kind & knowledgeable), to the evening receptionist who is smiling, friendly and helping all the way to give you the best experience, to the morning lady in the breakfast cozy restaurant, to the young man who assisted me with my heavy luggages till the airport bus.... Actually they are all champions. My room was super clean, good size, hot shower all the time and excellent wifi all the time.
