Staff was very helpful and engaged. Concierge Manager, Delik was especially helpful with transportation and questions I had about tram fares. Hotel located very close to main attractions in the Old City.

Great stay overall. Initial check in was a bit slow. Our room was put facing the main road with the tram running which can be noisy. Breakfast was ok but we didn’t think was worth €20pp compared to another hotel we stayed at where breakfast was already included in the price. Otherwise staff generally attentive.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the breakfast selection is excellent. The rooms are slightly on the small side but they are clean and well maintained. Overall the hotel is excellent.
