We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean. The only small downside was that the room wasn’t very well equipped with sanitary items, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it.

I reserved a non smoking room, and i was offered a smoking room. When asked, i was told all other rooms were the same. The day I arrived I was up until 6am because of the noise. Window frames are old, they do not shut properly and the hotel is on a "very" busy street. A smoke stinking noisy room. Well done. I called expedia to inform. Even if they assured me i would be refunded, they have not. Hotel management tokd me I could leave and i would be totally refunded, without my consent, they charged me. Expedia did not do much:(

The only benefit of this property is the location. It is right in the middle of Taksim Square. This place is loud at night due to the nightlife in Taksim. The walls are thin, and the bathroom had a leak when using the shower. The room was also very small for two people.

Did not love this place! Despite my room being “non-smoking” it smelled very strongly of smoke and I left with all my clothes smelling like smoke. The room was tiny with barely enough room to put my bag on the floor. The sheets were pilled and scratchy. The bathroom smelled like sewage and the fan was incredibly loud. Also the bars nearby played loud music all night that can be heard in the room (literally all night, it was still going when I finally got out of bed at 6am). Would not recommend.

Great value for money, includes breakfast. Bedsheets and the room itself was clean and tidy, although the building was old, the elevator was a good plus. Very close toTaksim square, where you can take a bus to both airports. Nice and polite service staff. Recommended)

Such a small room that even walking around the bed was difficult , absolutely no room for luggage we had to place our luggage in the bathroom and the noise of the street was so loud which made it impossible for us to sleep all night so if you are thinking of making a reservation think twice. “ DON’T”
