A band of thieves and liers. The worst experience I had in a hotel. When we arrived they told us they have an electrical issue and they don’t have a room for us. We later found out they lied and they overbooked the hotel. They told is we are going to send you to a better hotel for one night. The “better” hotel was a super small room with NO windows and no space to open our luggages. And since we had a tour in the morning , they told us we have to check out at 4am and bring our luggages to the hotel again. A complete mess. They promised us two free turkish baths to compensate for this, which was another lie and they just told us that to keep us quiet. Also another day, we asked for a transportation to a wedding venue we were going and the transportation never showed up. They told us go get a taxi and …. Anyway, overall, the rooms are bad. The AC does not work. The breakfast is not fresh at all. And the reception staff are not helpful and honest at all. The location is also bad because on that streets there are two train tracks that runs in front of the hotel and they are soooooo loud. And no car can get to the front of the hotel, if you need a taxi. Stay away. There are so much better hotels in the same neighborhood but on a different street and much nicer ones in Karaköy which is not far away at all.

Good hotel. Rooms and staff is good. located in the main Sultanahmet area but not on a major street, so at times it takes a while to find the hotel. You will be fine if using a GPS Map or you pay attention on how to get there. other then that a good hotel.

I have mixed feelings with this hotel. I can’t say that the staff weren’t friendly, but they certainly weren’t very efficient. I had contacted the hotel 6x through 3 different media (via Expedia chat (2x), via the contact form found on the website of the hotel and via WhatsApp (me 2x and my husband 1x) inquiring after an airport shuttle but never got an answer. Expedia said this was because it wasn’t included in the reservation but sorry, that is nonsense, because I couldn’t include that anywhere it in the reservation and on the hotel page (of both Expedia and the website of the hotel) it clearly says that you can contact them to inquire after (the prices of) airport transport. Secondly, for our last night we had made a reservation through the reception in the roof top restaurant asking for a window table but the restaurant never received the reservation, so we had to wait for almost 1 hour until such a table was available. The airconditioning of the “children’s’room” in the family suite wasn’t working and 1 day they made up the childrens’ room, but not the adult room and they also forgot to empty the (very small) bin. At Some point we just put it in front of the entrance so they couldn’t miss it. The curtains are not black-out curtains and you can hear the tram very well (bring earplugs!) The breakfast area is too small for the amount of rooms (once we had to take everything to the bar upstairs to have a table). The location of the hotel and pool is open till 21h 👍

Staff courteous and helpful arranging taxi transfer back to airport. Room itself was ok , faulty light switch & rainhead shower faulty. No room to put out cases and small wardrobe. Noise levels poor both through walls and corridor noise. Street noise with trams going past caused disturbed sleep and no long lie. Pool small , sauna small.

Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, à deux pas de Sainte-Sophie et proche des transports. Le personnel est aimable, la piscine en sous-sol agréable — bref, sur le papier, tout pour plaire. Mais une fois la porte franchie, le “haut de gamme” promis semble être resté à la réception. Climatisation qui fuit, rideaux décrochés, porte de douche manquante, ménage expéditif… et même du linge sale trouvé sous le lit. Le petit-déjeuner paraît généreux à première vue, mais la qualité ne suit pas vraiment. Le plus regrettable reste toutefois le surbooking. Nous avions réservé une suite pour quatre adultes ; à l’arrivée, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans deux chambres communicantes, un seul vrai lit, un canapé trop court et un lit d’appoint bancal dont nous avons fini par poser le matelas au sol. Après deux jours de discussion, nous avons enfin obtenu la chambre réservée. En guise de compensation ? Un café. Pas d’excuses, pas de geste commercial — juste un café. En résumé, un hôtel très bien placé, sympathique en apparence, mais qui accumule trop de négligences pour mériter ses excellentes notes. Le potentiel est là, mais la gestion laisse franchement à désirer.

Horrible .Fuyez!!!!

L’hôtel a rencontré sois disant une panne de plomberie. Ils nous ont envoyé vers un autre établissement bien en dessous en termes de standing que celui initialement réservé . Aucune compensation fournie pour le désagrément . Personnel désagréable et incompétent . A fuir !!!!
