They gave us basement floor to stay in. It was very damp and uncomfortable. By the time we left all our cloths were damp.

The most perfect receptionist

We had a great stay thanks to the most friendly and helpful receptionists. Genuinely nice and professional team that takes care of your every need. I highly recommend! The room we had was also spotless and the bed very comfortable, spacious and the location was great.

The staff is amazing. The hotel manager is very nice and he helped me and my mom out a lot. The only negative about this hotel is its location. It's located in a tiny residential street and taxis always dropped us off a little far from the hotel because they wouldnt take us there.

Good rooms, bad location

The room was great and clean, but the area is in one of the old and partly abandoned part of old Istanbul, very steep streets and no service. We called a taxi but the taxi refused to take us because it wasn’t far enough

My Observation

My stay can be explained as cheerful generally, but the biggest problem here in Istanbul is language. How come one ask you to speak Turkish if you are a guest in the country. According to what I found out only about 5% speak little English!! This is really terrible. Most Hotel managers speak understandable English which is good, as to Taxi drivers, shopowners, cafe house owners they dont talk English which is very bad. Otherwise the people are cheerful, the hotels are fine, nice food etc.

Amazing, but!

Guys in this hotel are friendly and helpful. If I want to book a hotel next time there is a big possibility to book there again. Good things are the staff, and the location is 500m away from Taksim. Bad things are the building located in old paths and sometimes you will feel uncomfort while you are going there, also there is no service staff or restaurant and it is (3) stars hotel not (4) stars as websites classsify it.

We had such a horrible experience. The room looks like it was in the pictures but also it is not like in the pictures. Pretty much dirtier, older, uncared version of the pictures. The curtains are broken, walls are dirty, there was a broken marble ( into 3 pieces) in the entrance of bathroom. Each time we went to bathroom we almost fell. Shower head was broken. Sink was leaking down and there was a huge molt under. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. First night we couldn’t sleep because of the smell. Next day we informed them. They said they were gonna check but nothing changed in the second night. There is no need to mention that bathroom was not well cleaned at all. Location is 7-8 minutes walk from taksim square but it is in a neighborhood of dolapdere that you don’t feel safe and comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. We stayed in taksim area at a lot of hotels and suits before and within the same price range, and never had such a bad experience

Truly recommended, if you’re into modern furnished room this property is definitely the one since everything just brand new. Located near Taksim station, where location should be the major concern for most of travelers, walking distance only 5 mins. The staff also very helpful 24/7, and they help with PCR booking as well as the taxi arrangements.
