Beautiful property with incredible food and views in the restaurant. The location was perfect to walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Very safe and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room clean and ready. The air conditioner and heater did not work. It became hot during day and cold at night. We could not open windows because someone below always smoked. Someone had smoked before in the room. Beds were good. There was no microwave of coffee maker. Breakfast was included but was not special. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was about 10 minutes from the mosques. Overal it's a 3 star place.

The rooftop restaurant is excellent for its views and its extensive breakfast buffet! Also a perfect location for walking to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. We also made use of the hotel's airport transfer service, which made arriving to the hotel easy and arriving at the airport in time no problem.

Disappointed. The lamps in the room did not work properly and the whole place feels seriously outdated. I understand that it is supposed to be vintage themed, but it honestly felt like walking into my old grandfather’s house where the premium feel they claim to offer is just not there. For the price and the reputation, this is unacceptable. Yes, the staff are polite, but that is about the only positive. The mens toilet in the basement, right next to the spa and sauna area, absolutely stinks. It is disgusting and definitely not what you would expect from a hotel of this level, especially one that has a Turkish hamam and sauna right beside it.

Staff were lovely and breakfast was good, including the great view from the restaurant. The room (104) was at the back of the hotel, and very noisy from all aircon units of surrounding buildings. The bathroom was tired looking and in need of some TLC (patched up bath, damaged mirror frame, etc). But the bed was clean and comfortable (with the exception of 1 lumpy pillow).
