Clean and comfortable but decor tired in need of renovation The staff were a bit cagey on costs of airport shuttle and laundry and we ended up paying way over what we expected to get our laundry done Lots of steps which didn’t worry us but wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

Great place to stay for so very little

The hotel reception staff were brilliant and the room was clean and new towels were provided upon request. Free wifi was great and had a really good stay.

Staff are not helpful except Mustafa and room services is not acceptable,,, restaurant is out of the building in far building,,, no porter.... Hotel is not clean

The room was so dark and the bathroom was disgusting. They could really do with new showers and toilet seats. The beds were fine. The hotel is literally what you pay for you. Don't expect anything fancy. Good location thought.

Very Bad hotel with a very rude manager.

It was a terrible experience. 1- They didn't send me a taxi to the airport. 2- I waited 2 hours for the room to be ready. 3- The room was not as i reserved, i reserved a twin bed room but it was triple beds. 4- The room was very dirty as the manager moved the bed and the dust was every where. 5- The furniture is very old and has a bad smell. 6- The staff has a very bad attitude. 7- Their response was this is what we have take it or leave it. 8- They refused to give me back my money, i paid 5 nights in advance. 9- No grooming, no uniform 10- It's very far from the Taksim square, not as mentioned.

Excellent location, some maintenance issues in the bathroom with the shower screen broken and not fixed. Staff friendly and good value for the time of year and location

no soy extremadamente exigente,para mí lo más importante es la limpieza la ubicación y que no tenga baño compartido ,así que para mí perfecto,en la recepción no hablan bien el inglés,asi que descargar un traductor y valiendo
