The hotel surpassed all my expectations! All of the interior of the building, including doors of the rooms elevators and stairs have a rare and exquisite "Glass / stained glass and industrial Accent" The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment i checked in, The room and all premises were very clean and up to date, the view of the balcony was splendid. I love this stay I will certainly return during my next visit!”

There is no free breakfast as mentioned, staff were trying to charge us for food. Staff are very rude, barely speaks English, and treats their guests like trash. No towels were provided during my stay even tho we asked for it. The room has ants everywhere. Beds are small and don’t properly fit. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Oda güzeldi, yatak biraz kötü. Tavan arasından çoğu zaman rahatsiz edici tikirtilar geliyordu, personel bunu rüzgar vuruyor ve kabloları oynatiyordur diye açikladı. Resepsiyonda oturan bir personel var selam verince iyi günler diyince bile cevap vermiyor oldukça rahatsiz etti, yüzüne bile bakmıyor insanin. Kalan personeller iyiydi, ilgililerdi. Otelin lokasyonu güzel.

We checked in very late at 3am in the morning due to the previous bus journey being delayed. However, the staff was still there to check us in. The room was cozy and clean. The next day they even allowed us to leave our luggage there for free even after we checked out so that we did not have to carry the luggage around through the city for sightseeing. Overall a very pleasant stay

A lovely and warm welcome. Great breakfast, our room was in the annexe and was quirky and cute. The only complaint was a regular beeping from the bathroom, it was a little irksome but other than this, great value for money.

Lovely spot near Taksim. Clean, bright, welcoming rooms and a really nice breakfast in the morning. Staff are very helpful and kind. I especially loved the location since it’s so easy to find and so close to good food and good shopping.
