In the heart of Provence, our villa closed by an electric gate, will seduce you with its wooded land (4000m2) which flows into the pond of Olivier. Our canoes or stand-up paddle are available for outings or for fishing enthusiasts (zander, carp ...).
Our swimming pool of 10.5 x 4.20 and 1.50m deep, with electric security shutters, salt electrolysis and balneotherapy, will allow you to relax throughout the day. If you prefer a nap, hammocks await you in the shade of large trees.
Children can enjoy the large garden (badminton, ball, table tennis, table football, ...).
You will enjoy an aperitif in the shade of century-old fig trees or in the living room of our exotic wooden terrace.
For your outdoor meals, at the water's edge, around the swimming pool, barbecue and plancha are at your disposal.
You will enjoy a large bright living room with American kitchen of 85 m2 open on a magnificent open view on the pond of Olivier.
You can enjoy a good book in our library corner.
Three large bedrooms (140 cm bed) will welcome you, including a master suite (160 cm bed) overlooking the pond, with bathroom (Italian shower) and separate WC.
The other two bedrooms have access to a large bathroom with spa bath (view of the pond) and Italian shower and separate WC. The last bedroom (office) with a bed (bz) in 160.
Large wardrobes are reserved for you in the entrance hall, as well as 2 dressing rooms near the bedrooms.
We have a cleaning lady scheduled twice a week (Tuesday and Friday morning) for sanitary, floor cleaning, ...
The lawn mowing is carried out by a robotic mower (without noise), a gardener goes once a week to check the cleanliness of the pool and the water level and performs a cleaning of the ground (without noise).
We offer you a stay in a residential area, in the countryside, two minutes from the city center by car or on foot by a magnificent path bordering the pond of the olive tree. In summer you can admire a fireworks display (starry Thursdays) from the pontoon at the end of the garden, which is reflected on the pond.
For the bravest, V. T.T. are at your disposal for a walk around the pond (8 kms). You can also get bread, croissants, ... 5 ’by bike.
The town of Istres is surrounded by seven ponds, the largest of which is the Etang de Berre and the Etang de l'Olivier, near the beaches, the Alpilles and the Camargue, this place invites you to stroll and to discover.
Do not miss Tuesday morning, the market all around the old center.
Our property is located 45 minutes from Marseille-Marignane airport and 45 minutes from the T. G.V. station. Aix-en-Provence and in the center of our beautiful Provencal region (Les Baux de Provence, the Camargue, Arles, Avignon and its festival in July, the Blue Coast and its famous Calanques in Cassis.
