Totalmente decepcionante o hotel, foi nossa primeira vez neste hotel, e as fotos postadas na plataforma hotéis.com não condiz com a realidade. Trata-se de uma propriedade antiga e mau conservada, o quarto apresenta pontos com bolor, pintura velha, móveis antigos e mau limpos, o banheiro foi o pior, tampa do vazo caindo, e nitidamente não foi higienizado, os cantos do box estava sujo, mostrando que a limpeza não é bem feita, o vidro do box apresentava gordura, toalhas gastas e com manchas. A torneira do banheiro apresentava sujeira impregnada. Ainda bem que levamos nossos travesseiros, por que se não seria impossível usar os fornecidos pelo hotel. Ficamos 3 diárias, e só não fomos embora no primeiro dia por que nossa compra pela plataforma não era reembolsável. O cartão para abrir a porta apresentava falhas, o ar condicionado não gelava, apenas resfriava, o wi fi não funcionava, ou seja foi terrível, não voltarei e não recomendo, a nota geral que está na plataforma não condiz com a realidade. O café da manhã é +- , nem pão de queijo tem. Tá mais para uma pensão que hotel.

O café da manhã é realmente muito gostoso, simples, porém tem um pouco de tudo. A equipe proporcionou check in antecipado, pois havia disponibilidade de quarto e isso foi um alívio pois estávamos cansados. Quanto a acomodação, a tv funciona apenas canais abertos e não é smart. Em relação ao banheiro, o chuveiro é morno e não há o que se fizesse para ficar quente o bastante no frio de SC. O quarto não tem uma boa acústica, o que faz com que crianças berrando cheguem aos seus ouvidos na hora do silêncio. No mais, lugar extremamente limpo, cheiroso e com bom preço em itens no bar e conveniência interna.

O quarto estava limpo, as camas confortáveis, só a torneira que ficava pingando direto, não tinha elevador de serviço então quase sempre o elevador está a lotado e tinha que esperar, o café da manhã muito bom, o wi-fi péssimo não funcionava no quarto (fiquei no 4° andar), a localização é boa e deu para fazer bons passeios por balneário Camboriú.
