A warm and cozy Japanese onsen experience

Amazing staff, I still remember the warmth of their welcome and goodbye. Experienced the cozy atmosphere in their traditional Japanese style building, every room/facility got a meaningful Japanese name. Great view in private dining room. Easily accessible, whether it’s by train or their shuttle service. Private onsen is great. Public onsen is a bit small. Don’t expect many things to do when going for a walk nearby, but it’s fine for those who like quiet rural areas. Usually people take trains to visit surrounding places.

The experience was absolutely great. Food, room and service -- No better words to describe except for the fact that one should experience Komeya on his or her own. I highly recommend this hotel.

スタッフの皆様、お食事、館内の清潔さ、どれも素晴らしいものでした。 食事は「温かいものは温かく」「冷たいものは冷たく」という当たり前をしっかり守るのは難しいのに心配りにより完璧でした。もちろんメニュー、お味も満足。館内は全て完璧に清潔でしたし、スタッフの皆様の色々先回りで気配りしてくださるのも最高でした。 本当は全て完璧と評価したかったのですが、あえて書くなら、他のお部屋のスライドドアの開閉時の「ゴロゴロ」という音が聞こえること、客室内のシャワーの水圧だけ残念でしたが、それを超えるサービスで「また行きたい」お宿No.1です。

塩分を抑えればもっと美味しく頂ける料理

雰囲気のある旅館で全体的に満足した。部屋の露天風呂は温度調節が出来るので快適だった（熱い風呂は苦手なので）。料理は新鮮な食材と優れた調理技術で楽しめたが、塩分過剰な料理もいくつかあり、その点が残念だった。特に鍋物はあれだけ濃い味付けだと食材の味もわからないし凝ったタレも無駄になってしまう。思い切って塩分を少なくしたらどうだろう？部屋食は嬉しいが、部屋で音楽が聴けたらもっと良かった。テレビでは味気ない。館内のお土産物屋さんの品揃えに熱心さを感じた。
