The property is surrounded by 20,000sqm of garden and consists of two independent twin apartments sharing the same pool. The two apartments are not connected internally. From its terraces it is possible to admire the stunning views over the olive grove, the sea and the Pontine Islands. The quiet atmosphere can inspire trekking and mountain bike lovers to have excursions into the nature and surrounded by the hill landscapes.
Each twin apartments (90smq) have one spacious living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, one double sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge. Outdoor garden and private car parking.
Car is advisable.
