The rooms are impressive.

The family room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. It had a balcony and two bathrooms. I was amazed by the hotel and the room. Its central location is a great advantage. If I visit İzmir again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone.

merhaba.. öncelikle tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederim. en ufak bir isteğimİzde hemen ilgilendiler. karşılama,güleryüz,vale hizmeti kahvaltı hepsi çok iyiydi. gidecek misafirler 801-802-803 nolu odalarda kalmasın sadee bunu yazabilirim. odalar muhteşem fakat sabah saat 7 de havalandırma motorları çalışıyor sesten rahatsız olursunuz. hemen odamı değiştirdiler sağolsunlar rahat ettik. çok seyahat eden biri olarak şiddetle tavsiye ederim. rahat edersiniz. hem merkezde,hem temiz kahvaltıda 10 numara....herşey için teşekkürler...

Malesef dinlenemedik ve rahat edemedik

İlk girişte akşam geldik ve klimalar bozuk olduğu için başka odaya alındık, sonra o odada havalandırmadan gaz/benzin gibi bir koku geldiği için başka odaya alındık, o odada da wc çok kirliydi, bu yüzden başka bir odaya alındık ve o oda da iki ayrı yataklıydı ve ikinci gece geldiğimizde; o odadaki havalandırmadan da kömür/ is tarzı bir koku geldi ama pes ettik ve yatıp uyuduk. Resepsiyondaki Serap hanım ve bellboy arkadaş elinden geleni yaptı ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama bina teknik ve temizliği ile ilgili bir şeylerin oturmadığı ya da ters gittiği çok açık. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz bir saatte bu olayları üstüste yaşamak çok yordu. Tavsiye edemiyorum malesef.

Everything and everyone was excellent except their breakfast as it lacked many things. If you stay at this hotel do not waste your money for that as there are so many places around it that would give you a better choices

The hotel was fine - the bed was just okay. The lighting in the room is very dark - so I don’t care for that. The room service food was terrible as was the breakfast. The staff were great!

It was an unusuallly warm day (80 degrees Fahrenheit) and there was no A/C in an amazing sealed room with a lot of glass windows. The central cooling only starts in May!. The manager was nice and moved us to a better and cooler room.
