Flyers'Landing-Lakefront Home with 6 Bedrooms & Private Dock

This spacious home located at the top of Big Creek features 5 decks totaling over 2000 square feet of outdoor living overlooking the beautiful waters of Norris Lake.

​The home has an open floor plan with large kitchen/family room which is well equipped for large groups.

The garage "The Hangar" has been converted to a rec room with comfortable recliners, a large screen TV, ping pong table and sliding glass doors to a deck overlooking the lake.

​There are six bedrooms, including three with king beds, two with queen beds and "The Barracks" with three queens and two twins. The home comfortably sleeps 18 in real beds- no bunk beds, trundle beds or sleeper sofas.

​There are stairs from the deck down to a private dock with large swim platform and year round deep water. A covered 10x24 slip is reserved for your boat and another boat can be tied to the side of the dock. There is a kayak dock with easy entry ramp and three kayaks available for your use.

​The large decks feature comfortable furniture, a gas fire pit, a Blackstone grill and an amazing outdoor shower (trust me, nobody will want to shower inside).

Norris Lake is a flooded valley. There are about 100 stairs from the house to the dock. The stairs were replaced in the fall of 2023. They are sturdy with railings on both sides and several landings. For guests who do not wish to take the stairs, we are located 1/2 mile from the marina, allowing people to drive to the marina and be picked up by boat.

The home is listed as accessible. We understand that what is accessible to one person may not be to another. There is not an ADA bathroom. However, we have had several guests in wheelchairs successfully vacation in the home. If you have accessibility questions, please contact us before booking

If you are looking for additional bedrooms, there is a mobile home next door. It features two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, washer/dryer, kitchen/living room and deck with gas fire pit. While it is an older mobile home, it has recently been upgrade with new windows, a mini-split Heat and A/C system and a tankless water heater for endless hot water. If rented with the main house, the cost is $125 per night (Plus tax).  Please reach out to me for pictures and to verify avilibility.
