There were several issues with our booking, first and foremost, the unit was not ready because the owner/host forgot the reservation. Trash present, unmade beds, towels in bath. As I was messaging Debra, someone drove from the larger house in front of our unit asking why we were there and who we were. After showing her the booking, she apologized and said would begin cleaning the unit. This took over 2 hours, including having someone go and buy new sheets for the beds, while we waited on the front porch. She denied she was Debra the owner/host but her phone rang when I called the ownerâs number (she picked up, then immediately hung up) and she came down from the other house whose wifi name matched her last name. And we verified this through a simple internet search with pictures. Issue 2: it is listed as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. It is actually a 2 BR 2BR with a sofa bed in the family room. This is misleading. Issue 3: the listing states it has a hot tub, it does not. Issue 4: the listing states it has wifi, it does not. The wifi info she provides is for her house up the street. You can only get service if you are out in front of the unit.
