I left my pain relief device in the room after I checked out and I called back the front desk personnel retrieved it and had it at the front desk for me. Thank You so much. The room, breakfast and accommodations were excellent I’ll definitely stay again when in Jackson.

I had two rooms one room a/c didn’t work and the other room had an old/musty smell, microwave didn’t work, the TV wouldn’t connect to Netflix and TV kept restarting while watching movies. We only had one bath towel when we got to the room. The night attendant was great and very apologetic when I told her about the room with no a/c. She came up and fixed it herself. Kudos to her because although she seem overwhelmed when we got there at 12:30 a.m. She still had excellent customer service. The buffet could have been better, sausage was the only option for meat. Not looking for a spread but I’m looking for options.

The hotel looks out of place, too nice for the location it's at. The staff was awesome, and they are keepers. Hope you pay them well, they deserve it.

Please Update your amenities

The amenities that the hotel advertised as having were all out of service; including the onsite laundry that was not working, printer did not print, the free internet had low to no signal strength! The towels were always washed late evening! And the free breakfast was not editable.

Management do better I have never wrote a review so extensive in my entire existence. This location has potential however, this hotel is NOT worth the visit. The room was not clean. Start off with the bed. It was hard with the sheets and covers smelling like an old ass man. The initial towel count was one wash cloth and one bath towel. I went down to get more towels and it’s time to replace them. The towels are not clean. Rebranding also requires improving business operations to accommodate the new brand. Corporate do your job and evaluate this property. To the brand and standard you are trying to implement. Furthermore, the overnight staff is not attentive. Attitude gotta go. You are in hospitality. In this case this hotel should consider an autonomous route if customer service satisfaction is a problem. I requested for different bedding and the text feature of accommodation doesn’t work. The halls are smelly and disgusting. The entire hotel needs a deep clean. The breakfast is not like other properties I have been in. There were flies near the food and the food looks very displeasing.

The room I was given at first had broken A/C, and there was a moldy smell in the room. Normal for August in MS with broken A/C on the third floor. So I went to the front desk, and got another room. This room also had a musty smell, but with working A/C. Nearly every metal fitting/fixture had rust. Shower head, lamp bases, lamp stands, toilet paper roller, light fixtures, I mean it was a thing. This tells me the moisture is sitting in the room, and had been for some time. The shower head couldn’t fully switch between “shower” and “center massage”, so the water lazily dripped out of the shower head and hit the bath faucet which splattered water against the wall and out onto the bathroom floor. I mopped it up with towels, of which there were two. The beds were made, and the room had been swept/vacuumed. Those are the only positive things I can say. This review is meant for management to take note of, and hopefully invest in keeping this property in order. I didn’t get sick, I’m not angry, and I don’t think these items would be that much to ask at $118/night. Overall, between 2-3 stars. Wouldn’t recommend until upkeep has been completed.

Terrible! We were there not even 5 minutes and left. Dirty, stains all over, bed not even changed from previous family, BUGS!

Don't Stay

The hotel needs a lot of up keep. It took me 3 rooms to be satisfied with the comfort of the room. I was not satisfied with the price I pay for 4 nights in a hotel that was not clean. I was there 4 night and no on came to clean the room. They only had bath towel not wash cloth. I had to ask for my bath towel and bring the old one down stair to get new ones. One day and night I had to use the stairs, the elevator was out. The only thing was good was the breakfast.
