• Loft: Two full-size bunk beds (4 beds), a favorite spot for kids and teens, complete with a TV and lounge space

About Lake Levels & Seasonal Drawdown (Important to Know)
Lake Martin is a managed lake, and each year the water level is intentionally lowered during the fall and winter months as part of Alabama Power’s standard lake management process.
What this means for guests:
• Late October through early spring, water levels are typically lower and at some points almost completely dry.
• During drawdown, portions of the shoreline and dock area may be visible or completely dry
• Boat access may be limited depending on lake levels at that specific time and boat size
• The dock remains usable for relaxing and enjoying the view
The good news:
Many guests love the drawdown season for its peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, fewer boats, crisp air, and perfect hot tub weather. It’s an ideal time for relaxation, reconnecting, and enjoying Lake Martin at a slower pace.
Water levels usually return to full pool in the spring and summer, bringing excellent boating, swimming, and high-energy lake days.
