1384 Shipwatch - Oceanfront with amazing views, 2 Bedroom

Have a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful oceanfront condo located on the third floor of the Ship Watch building.

This two bedroom, two bath unit was recently refreshed with new flooring, new furnishings and new paint throughout. All stainless steel appliances and granite in the fully equipped kitchen. Master has king size bed with an in-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two queen beds and a private door to the shared 2nd bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen all overlook the Atlantic Ocean.

Private balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a quiet dinner while listening to the waves and possibly spotting dolphin.

Elevator lets out in between floors so there are just a few steps in between.

Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

The Shipwatch community pool is heated from November to April.

This unit has only streaming services available on all TV's.

Family Vacation

Had a great time in this beautiful condo. Love staying at the Omni Resort. Balcony view is beautiful and peaceful. The pool and beach are clean and not crowded. Master bathroom shower is great. Enjoyed a good book, that was provided in the condo, during my stay. There are several stairs to climb going to condo, beach and pool so be aware of that if you have trouble with stairs.

A beautiful week at the beach!

We had a wonderful week for our family of 5 (plug dog) down at the condo in Amelia. It was clean, had starter amenities upon arrival which was nice, and had everything that we needed. The refrigerator does have a broken shelf that we were able to work around, but it could be a problem if someone isn't careful.

Amazing stay

We enjoyed our vacation so much we didn't want to leave! Marci thought of everything in this condo and was quick to respond when there was a minor problem and took care of it immediately. The view is amazing and the condo itself is so large. There's beach towels as well as extra chairs and boogie boards if you didn't bring them. The resort itself is gorgeous and we loved watching all the turtles at the property. I told Marci we will definitely be back and contacting her again for our stay. You can't go wrong staying here!

Great Oceanfront Unit

Unit is sparkling clean and beach view is awesome. Small concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. One bit of advice. Bring along a power strip or two. Placement of wall outlets makes charging devices a tad difficult.

Amelia Island Gem

1384 Shipwatch is an outstanding property. Period! I don't need to say any more, but I will. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door we were impressed by the spacious, comfy beachy vibe of the unit and the stunning views of the dunes and the ocean right in front of you. The unit was super clean and very welcoming with it's tasteful decor in a relaxing coastal theme with lots of blues and greys. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to cook your own meals. All of the beds and sofas are super comfortable. A/C worked great, ceiling fans over beds are a plus, as are the area rugs and runners throughout the unit. Too many rentals show you photos of carpet in their units but then they mysteriously disappear when you get there. The condo is in the very desirable Omni Plantation Resort area and you can easily access the resort and the shops and restaurants. The area around Shipwatch is very tranquil, with shaded walking trails that make for a nice walk, even on a warm day. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and there is plenty of parking. The sandy white beach is wide and uncrowded. The distance from the condo to the beach is relatively short, although be aware that there are quite a few sets of stairs to navigate, which made pulling a beach wagon full of beach gear a bit of a challenge as it had to be carried up and down the stairs. 1384 Shipwatch is truly a gem of a property and we hope to be return soon!

I like the location in Omni Plantation and the condo was well appointed but needs new firmer pillows in all bedrooms.
