You’re located in a quiet beach neighborhood just minutes away from many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Less than 6 miles away from Mayo Clinic.

Fully equipped for the perfect getaway including smart TV, beach towels, 500 MBPS WIFI and fully stocked kitchen, patio, and private fenced backyard. We are pet friendly!



The Space:

Walking distance to the Beach!! Come stay in this comfortable and clean home. This home is located minutes to restaurants, shopping, Publix and Whole foods grocery stores, bars, Starbucks coffee shops and Huguenot Park! Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes a smart TV, 500 MBPS of extremely fast WIFI, beach towels, comfortable beds, a private Balcony and a fully stocked kitchen.

We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is a hidden gem. Quiet but central in Jax Beach and close to Atlantic Beach, and Ponte Vedra restaurants and nightlife + very close to the beach.



Getting Around:

There is a Publix 0.6 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Cute little property for beach getaway. Fiance, mom, mom's support dog, myself and three kids stayed here for 6 nights. Interior decor is appealing, spacious back yard for cornhole with a patio table and 4 chairs. Everything you need for cooking and some towels for showers and going to the beach. Perfect, really!

Cute duplex

This was a very nice duplex close to the beach. My spouse and I, with our 2 dogs stayed here. It was pet friendly with a nice back yard. Overall very pleasant stay.

Great location to get to the beach but also be in quiet

We had a last minute need for a place at Christmas to find a rental house where our dogs could stay with us. We were very lucky to find Coco's townhome. It had a lovely little yard for our dogs to get some energy out. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked so I could cook. Our dogs did bark some, as did the neighbors, but the walls were so thick we couldn't hear a thing. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Jax Beach (also walking distance to Jax Beach Brunch Haus!)
