The room wasn't what I expected. I was not satisfied and did not stay at the property. They would not refund my money or deposit. I was very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

One of the most terrible motel hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Shuttle service never responded or was provided from airport condition of premises definitely subpar and somewhat dangerous and noisy with issues on non-guest on property late at night. Food was for breakfast was well average room 307 had bedbugs in the bed next to the door. This is not the type of quality that Wyndham Should have.

The plumbing was terrible. Couldn't wash her hands brush your teeth flush the toilet smelled like smoke dirty towels in the bathroom found bugs on the bed

On a 5 night stay we had to beg the office like homeless people for towles and wash rags. They was only in the room 1 time never made the bed and took our dirty linens but didn't leave clean ones. We checked in on a Saturday night for a stay through Thursday morning. Immediately had to go to office for linens... We finally went and bought some of our own.. This was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BAYMONT I'VE EVER STAYED AT...

There was no transportation shuttle to & from airport as advertised. The room was dirty and unsanitary; stains on 2/3 beds and hair on towels. The manager was very unprofessional and lacked empathy when addressing the issues. And she was unreasonable when a refund was requested.
