****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The building is undergoing exterior improvements through Early 2026. The project is over halfway complete, and current work is in a quieter, less disruptive phase compared to earlier stages. Guests may notice occasional weekday activity such as light noise, equipment, or dust between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. No work occurs on weekends. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has a magnificent 3rd floor view of the Atlantic Ocean. Recent renovations freshen the large comfortable living area. The newly remodeled kitchen opens into the living room. All rooms have recently been painted. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV as well as a private refreshed bath and closet space. The first guest room has a queen and a twin bed, while the second guest room has a full and twin bed. All linens in this unit are part of an off-site sterilization program. There is a new washer and dryer, stove-top, microwave and refrigerator in the unit for your convenience. The expansive private balcony has four chairs and a dining table so you can enjoy your meals watching and listening to the surf roll in, or enjoy the rocking chairs on balcony as the sunlight turns to stars and you relax enjoying the ocean's evening breeze. For quiet evenings inside you can enjoy the new 55” television, or keep in touch with friends or stream with secure wi-fi.

Occupants have full access and use of the island's only private 1,000 ft pier to enjoy some fishing or a relaxing stroll, or lounge by the large swimming pool overlooking the beach. This property also offers two tennis courts and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for 2 vehicles per unit. This luxury beach condo is centrally located to everything on the island. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within walking distance or a short drive .

The condo was an excellent choice for our family Labor Day getaway. The bedrooms were furnished to provide adequate sleeping arrangements for our family. We loved the view of the pier since our family is a “fishing family!” Easy access to the beach and pool was a plis with our younger children. We would choose to stay in the condo again!

The rental company goes above and beyond here! They are best in class with communication and quick to respond to any questions that arise. They are the best rental company we have ever dealt with. The property was excellent, beach access was excellent, and the pier was also a nice addition.

Overall great couldn’t ask for a better location. Was disappointed on Friday night the smoking on the balconies was ridiculous especially the pot that was being smoked. The rules make it clear no smoking on balconies yet it’s not enforced.

Girls getaway

We loved the condo. Easy access to the beach & pol. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Checkin was a little confusing. Not real clear where we were suppose to get the gate keys from. It would have been much clearer if the instructions would have said they were in the condo. (instead of the "property". Several ppl checking in when we were said they sh/be in one of the lockboxes. We finally figured it out but it took awhile. Other than that we had a great time.

It's the view

Beautiful view of the ocean. Perfect for kids as the pool is large and the beach is steps away and walkable. Loved the pier to be able to sit and see the waves roll onto the shore. Master bedroom quite large, other two sufficient.

Memorial Weekend Gataway

We were absolutely thrilled with the entire package for our Memorial Weekend Getaway. My husband and I, our son, his wife and three kids ages 13,5,18 Mos. were well accommodated in this facility. It was clean and well stocked, and the pool and beach access were top notch for our group. The rental company were very attentive, and all arrangements were well organized and communicated. Our five-year-old wouldn't get out of the pool until we promised to go back again!

Amazing location

We had a really lovely time at this condo! The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The property is well kept and pool, fishing pier, and tennis courts were immaculate. It is an older property but the view from the living room cannot be beat. We hope to come back!

Great!

This place was very pretty and clean and practical. I appreciated the dishwasher soap. Check it was easy. Communication with the renting company was pleasant and appropriate. Only recommendation is to have higher quality toilet paper
 cleaning my child’s bottom was a challenge. Would stay here again!
